You're the Apple in My Eye - While in Switzerland, teams are surprised with the first ever public U-turn vote, where racers must vote in front of each other.
Enjoy the show!

Double U turn and they have to vote for the teams.
Interesting.
The Reilly sisters and Colin and Christie are both u-turned.

Hoping this will be the downfall for Rachel & Elissa! Tired of insincere, over-acting, whining interviews with Rachel. Please let this be their eviction moment in the race!

I didn't really like the public voting, because the randomly-selected first teams are subject to retaliation for their votes. But, Bret (I think?) calling them the "O'Reilly" sisters completely cracked me up! I'm glad they got U-turned, only because they think they're so great, and Rachel is so nasty.

Ha. HAHA. Colin and Christie just shrugged and went on with the race, while Rachel has to whine and chirp about the U-Turn. I wish their cow had laid down and refused to move.

So much for hand picking your cow... lol. Sorry Christie, your bovine must have tuned into your emotional stress. Everybody take a deep breath and maybe she will cooperate.

Tyler and Cory are 1st and win a river cruise in Vietnam and Cambodia.
Colin and Christie come in third even after the U-turn.

Congrats to Tyler and Corey! And good riddance to the Reilly brats. Take the duck lips and mascara back home.

Wow, Rachel took that better then I expected. I’m Happy for the outcome though. Competition wise, they did well, and now they have little ones waiting for their return!

Hooray, we're finally relieved of Rachel's craziness. She wore on me!
I'm liking most of the other teams, though Afghanimals the least of the remaining players. Christie and Colin are sure tough, coming in 3rd after being U-turned -- shows that U-turn vote was not a dumb choice! Victor is so sweet and cute: I really like him. Team Fun is so positive too, but it looks like they cut in line at the airport next week - if so, that's not cool.

I loved this leg. The end result was great and, I was happy that Chris and Bret did well (finally!). I was surprised that Rachell took her elimination so well. It's the first time I actually saw her act "classy". I actually like all the remaining teams.

Yes!!! this was the best leg of the race. Goodbye Rachel, and your sister( does Elissa sleep in all that goop for the race?) Colin & Christie just took the vote in their stride, Rachel HAD to have her say..she's so childish..the only reason she was okay on the mat, was because no other team was there. I'm so happy with the teams left, although Nicole was petty about the open vote, and laying it all on Victor. He's so cute I thought the Afghanimals were going to be last, 30-40 minutes driving the wrong way, when it seemed easy for the others. No more NEL legs...

Not unhappy that the Reilly Sisters are gone. However, with the ability to pick two teams to U-Turn strategically it should have been Colin and Christie vs the Granimals. Take out your biggest threats, or at least eliminate one of them.
Bret from Team Survivor is seriously going to be ripped to diet and get some cardio in when he gets back hope. It is almost painful to watch him try to run.

YAY! Loved this leg - so much fun. So happy I don't have to listen to Rachel whine or shed crocodile tears anymore. There was one "Colin" moment where he went a bit crazy and not so zen, but otherwise they've been really cool.

I'm so excited to have a race where I like all of the remaining teams and won't mind if any of them win! Buh-Bye Rachel and Elissa! Nicole has such a passive way of stating her opinions. She told Victor to make the call and then got mad when he did, If she really cares, she needs to say so. I couldn't believe that, after all these times on the race, the Afghanimals weren't smart enough to stop and ask directions. They were lucky they didn't lose.

This was a good leg. I thought they all did so well. Nicole doesn't like to own her mistakes. She whispered it in his ear and then said I don't know. Victor voted strategically, they all did. For Chris and Brett, they voted for who they know the least, because lets be honest, any team can beat them on a foot race.

Yes, N&V came in last on the previous leg, but they have several second place finishes. They had a speed bump which would slow them down already and they would have been more likely to go home, and thus getting an actual threat out. Rachel and Elissa have nearly gone home several times. It seemed like a wasted vote as far as contenders in the race. Obviously with her record in TAR, Rachel's not terrible at the challenges, but Brandon's strength is greater than Elissa's. I think the sisters were helped with Rachel's previous race experience, but I don't think they were one of the biggest threats left. I love that we've had several viewings of Colin's "my ox is broken" scene. It's one of my all-time favorite TAR scenes. It's good to see them again, proving that they are a very strong team. Christie is pulling her weight more this time. I also like that despite them changing the roadblock rules after their season, they are still serious threats. More mature Colin is still fun to watch, but I like that his personality is still there in the background.

You just know that once their zen "mind-meld" cow stopped moving Colin had to be experiencing a "my ox is broken" vibe all over again, even if he wasn't saying it out loud! I was glad they eventually got the cow moving again. They totally crushed that leg. Doing two roadblocks and still coming in third! Impressive! I'm really enjoying them this time around.

Another fun leg of the race. I want to be on this show SO bad!!!!
Love me some Leo. Loved him with the cat. He's not as intense as Jamal. I love that Leo's enjoying the experience to its fullest. Jamal can get a little grumpy at times, but Leo's the Elissa to his Rachel. He's having fun.
Colin and Christine are such a cool team. I don't know them from their previous season so, to me, Colin is only 'zen Colin.'
Tyler and Korey -- another team I love!!!!! They work so well together. Neither blames the other for any shortcomings (something that's getting a little old with Victor and Nicole).
Chris and Brett. Who would have ever thought they'd make it this far? Another team that works so well together.
Team Fun's camaraderie goes without saying. I don't gravitate towards them as much as the rest of you, but I still like them as a team.
I think I would have done fine with the crossbow challenge, but that thing they had to do with the sickle would have done me in. Hot. Back breaking. Uggh!
I'm glad the 'O'Reilly' sisters are gone. Well, Rachel anyway. I didn't mind Elissa. She's not nearly as bad as her sister. She just gets a bad rap because of Rachel. Although, I will say this about Elissa: Wash your face, girl! All that goop and those fake eyelashes scare me.

They were seriously one of the most annoying teams ever, so this is a huge redemption trip for them. It's really lovely to see how they've grown up since their first run. They were so generous toward the other teams after the U-Turn. Phil Keoghan says this was the biggest breakdown ever

As bad as Colin was in his first TAR showing, no one is as bad as Jonathan was to his wife, that guy was a total Tool Bag. So true! He was a horrid human being! And on the Colin and Christie front (for those who didn't see them the first time), as you can see from the video, Christie wasn't a barrel of laughs either. They were both super high-strung, unpleasant, and just plain difficult to watch. I'm really liking them this time around.
