Tonight: The kitchen is transformed into a battle ring full of friends, family and former winners ready to watch the chef-testants cook for their lives. The finalists must execute a superior three-course meal for the judges. Enjoy!

I'm kind of wondering if it might have been even harder on Micah if he'd made it to the finale, since his hateful family wouldn't have shown up for this either. This would be SO much more pressure than the "family visit" episode! I don't know if I could have stood to watch it!!

Oh, I can't believe this! They spent that one whole episode on that guy with the restaurant where he plates up the freakiest looking dishes, so one would assume they would like to see the cooks use that information to come up with creative dishes! And then they criticize both of Nick's plates, practically making fun of them! I thought his dishes looked really fun and interesting! I still want Dorian to win, but I came into tonight feeling okay with any of the three winning. I just thought it was unfair to penalize Nick for using an idea that they were taught in the competition.

Oooh, I have a feeling they're going to give it to Sarah. We shall see...

I was wrong! Very happy for Dorian!
But now I feel bad for Sarah. She just got ignored for a while there, till she made her way over to her husband. Nick got at least SOME kind of a send-off. I'm so torn.....

I watched the very beginning and when I saw D. come out first, I knew she was the predetermined winner....Didn't want to sit through 2 hours of the show. It was pretty clear that they were pushing her lower income/ opportunity situation vs the opposite for the other two.
Glad for her.

This was a great season that was nice of them to give both Dorian and Sarah the cook ware/kitchen stove. I always thought either Noah or Dorian would win, but when Noah went out in 4th I felt like Dorian pretty much had it in the bag she was really consistent throughout the season.
