I cant make up my mind, if Mary is cray cray, or just sad. I do like Whitney and Heather( still) I enjoy the scenery most of all.

After growing up here, I moved away for most of my adult life. I came back 15 years ago because I missed the land (and SOME of the people LOL).

Last nights episode had two of the women admit they wished their husbands were home more. One husband was a coach, on the road all the time. I thin the other husband started a job in Ohio. Now that the pandemic has hit, I’m sure those wives are regretting those words. They’re probably tearing their hair out now that everyone is working from home.

Coach Shah is kinda cute, so much for him keeping Jen calm though. I thought she looked ridiculous. What's a golfing hip hop party anyway? Pick one fhs. Popeyes would of been better Mary has a lot houses, and a lot of clothes, it doesn't fill that lonely void though, and it never will. Does Brooks have any friends, he's kind of a sucky baby , get him off my screen, maybe make some more, ordinary track suits. Heather's husband , well, he looked a bit creepy imho. Whitney, drunk whitney was a bit of an @ss. Heather hid, it seems they all know Jen's temper.. I'm watching, sort of ,but after my Dallas girls, it's a lot of work

That party was just like any suburban party in most any city around the country. Book a party at Top Golf. Yep, my company did that for a holiday party. We wore Christmas sweaters instead of hip hop costumes. Other than the punching balloons it was about the same. Jen claims she’s the party planner extraordinaire and that’s what she does? I’ll keep on saying it - Salt Lake is the version of Housewives that is women pretending they’re housewives at a really long theme party!

Yah...I liked the first episode but it's really gone down hill for me. They are all just trying so hard to be relevant. I like Whitney the most but she was a giant mess at that party. It felt like she was asked to confront what's her face by the producers but she needed to be drunk in order to do it and then it just went SOUTH. Like...these girls aren't good enough at acting or something like the rest of the housewives

Jen is something else! Wow, such a volatile person! It’s no wonder her husband was angry and embarrassed by her. Her mood swings are very bad..
Mary most definitely has an addiction to clothes. It makes you wonder how much she spends in a year! And she inherited so much it seems...let’s hope she doesn’t go bankrupt with that shopping habit of hers!

Jen has a nasty temper. Surely she knew what job Coach had before they got married. I don't like her. I get Lisa and Meredith, muddled up. Their husband's, are as bland as they are, and not interested at all, in petty squabbles.
Heather and Whitney can't carry the show, something has to happen,to liven this lot up.

Does anyone remember the movie The Upside of Anger - where Joan Allen went through the whole movie resenting her husband who up and left her and then SPOILER ALERT at the end she discovers he died in an accident and never left her? I could see that happening to Jen. She’s so self absorbed that she assumes every action a person takes is inspired by her. Exhausting!

Jen is psychotic and needs major therapy. Lisa and Meredith are the same person and I wouldn't want to know either one of them. I love looking at glam Whitney in her outtakes. Meredith needs a good boink to build her self esteem. I want to be Mary. She's gets paid for not having to show up for anything. She just hides in her five train wreck closets and pets her clothes, shoes and purses.

This is a strange cast. Meredith and Lisa are both boring and infuriating. Their lack of personality but sense of superiority is an interesting combo. Are they one person?? lol Very sad to see a spoiled brat named Brooks boss his parents around, not only get away with it but they act as if its normal. One minute he acts like the parent issuing orders and demands, the next he's whinny non stop when he doesn't get what he wants.

Jen Shah had a surprise for Heather in Vegas, except it was more for the very selfish , Jen Shah. I didn't care she fell off the bar in her ridiculously high shoes. Heather, ditch the pink dress, a real friend would of told you, it looked horrible. The racing track made me LOL. Lisa talking up how wonderful she was, was driving like a grandmother, 70 mph.. FF on Brooks, I'm convinced he has no friends and just helps mummy choose her clothes. Whitney's family get together, not awkward at all. Dad, take the damn hat off at the table..
Is this season over soon?

Lisa is the one who dumbfounds me! Her congregants and their families sacrifice to tithe to the church so that she can have rooms full of more overpriced clothes, shoes, and handbags than she'll ever be able to wear. And she brags about it! How shameful and ungodly! It's people like this that make me look at organized religion and .....

I don't have cable, so I haven't been able to watch the show since the first couple of episodes, but I read a recap now and then. I'm really bothered by the dynamics where the two women of color are at the center of all of the drama with the White women (mostly Whitney and Heather) as the go-betweens who, while supposedly trying to solve problems, are throwing fuel on the fire.
I realize that one of the main points of these shows is for there to be drama, but are there other sets of housewives where it's racially diverse but the women of color are always the source of the drama with the White women egging them on? It's not a good look!

It's not a good look! Actually, this is the most racially diverse cast there has been. At least that I can think of? Most franchises are white women except for Potomac and Atlanta which are all black women. Atlanta did have one white woman (Kim Zolzniak) for awhile. And last season Beverly Hills added one black woman, Garcelle.

Thanks, Fannie. Of course I meant Mary. And wasn't the grandmother the pastor before Mary? I just see them as a family of religious grifters.

That's what the Mormon church is all about, they tithe, and one reason my aunt and uncle left the church. It's not just them, look at any religion. But thats for another thread in another forum .. It doesn't matter how much Mary has, she isn't happy, material things dont make us happy, as this pandemic has shown us. x

Mary's church is not associated with the Mormon church. It's a Pentecostal church.

Thanks for the article, Fanny. And yup, she is a religious grifter.
Miss Griss, I think we've seen the evidence in Mary's bragged about closets! It was her. Grifter.
