I don't want to change avitars, because mine looks exactly like me, including the wings. But I had to copy it from original Fort because I had lost the original from my laptop pics when I got new laptops in the past. I went to the "Laurel Birch Art" pages where I originally got it, but alas I can't find it. Bummer. Can anyone tell me how to get it back to the original size? It's been my avi pic for so long, because it looks exactly like me, and I'd hate to change because no one would recognize me.  |

Punkin, I uploaded your avatar to Google Chrome image search, and found hundreds of copies of your little angel --- all different sizes. ( Scroll down on the page to where it says: Pages that include matching images, and click DIRECTLY on EACH of those little ANGEL PICS) And at the bottom of the page you'll see that there are many more pages of angel images to search! Why don't you try checking them out to see if you can find one the size you want. Then you can just copy it and Voila! You're done. Right click on the photo you want then you need to change it to a jpeg file (in your computer) then save it to your pictures in your computer. In your profile, follow the instructions to upload an avatar from "browse". That should pull up the folder or area where you saved it. Then open the picture and it should upload as an avatar.
My problem was that I couldn't change (for some reason) the photo I wanted to a jpeg.

Thanks. I think my computer also caused a problem because when I opened the drop down to change to jpeg, it didn't offer that choice. weird. However, I was able to save that cute Sam photo, and if I use it, I know where it landed. |
