Claire and Hannah talking in the bathroom: The thing that hurt Brit the most was that Ky flat out lied to her. And Ky is so arrogant that he doesn't see what he did.
Bam.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if DF suddenly got paranoid about being evicted?
He wouldn't hesitate to out the Cookout if he was convinced they had turned on him.
We need some pot stirring, fast...

I'm telling you....if the DR doesn't drop hints I'll be shocked. DF already got paranoid right before the veto meeting. He told Ky...I don't know all of a sudden I don't feel so good about this.

Azah is doing surprisingly well. She's the exact opposite of what she SHOULD be. Outside by the pool, laughing and enjoying herself.

Britini made herself and Big D some block sammiches. She's still going on about being on the block, being picked on, can't catch a damn break. Break out the violins. Since her getting the 100 BB Bucks was a catalyst for this, will this affect the next vote? I'm still voting for DX, but...

Big D bloviating to Brit. "I have left my mark," he says.
Yeah, on that blue couch.
He's not going out as a bitter bitch, he's going to make jury fun, yadda yadda. They've inhaled their sandwiches and now he's loudly crunching chips.
Looks like the rest of them are out laughing and having fun by the pool.
Bubbles!

there is one part of her sentence that is true .... "they don't call me the block queen." No Brit...we don't.

Nobody calls her the block queen. Nobody. She got a big head after getting those dumb BB bucks.

Brit is going to so hurt. I hate all this lying and deceit. I could not play BB. I couldn't lie to someone who I am friends with in the game for weeks and weeks. I know they are doing it for the 'mission' but that does not make it right. . This happens every season. Then after it’s over, they are usually all friends and remember it a game about lying, secret alliances, and backstabbing. I think Brittni as a super fan will get over it. But I understand how you feel. I usually feel bad when a player I like are lied to and evicted, but in the end usually, I am more upset than they are.

The deception is on another level with Cookout though. They have each groomed their relationships with their "pawns" - made them trust them more than anyone else in the house to the point where quite a few of them haven't made any other alliances. Britini especially. She has put her FULL trust in Azah and DF. I'm sure she will move on and be ok eventually. But as we know from many past houseguests sometimes it takes a really long time to get over some of the things done to them in that house. Sometimes it's just game and sometimes it's personal. Because Cookout has made serious personal relationships with their "pawns" ...this isn't on a game level. The hurt will be personal.

I guess I'm going to have to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender to truly understand this cast. At least the ones in the pool right now.
They are each identifying themselves by their elemental nation (or something) and then a BB vet.
I guess it's like "what is your porn name" for BB geeks...

I am being 100% sincere with this question. I have been with a lot of you here for many years. What is the Cookout doing that is different from what other alliances have done? They have all lied to people, pretended to be friends with people when they weren’t, used people to further their game, hurt peoples feelings, told people they were safe when they weren’t, been in more than one alliance at a time, and said and done absolutely everything from banging pots and pans to taking peoples belongings and hiding them. What are they doing that’s so different?

What are they doing that’s so different? For me, it's Ky's HOH specifically that has been unnecessarily shady, which is ironic since he doesn't see it, and he's obsessed with how his actions are perceived. And watching DF and Azah continue to play dumb in front of Britini (DF has been so over the top in doing this), all to protect the CO from being exposed, has made me cringe. So for me, it's really about half the Cookout, not the whole Cookout. Ky, DF and Azah are kissing jury votes goodbye this week if any of them make it to F2. And the rest of them will have to answer for it later as well, in the jury house and at the finale. But I don't want X to win this season in general because he's playing a Derrick/BB16 game, which gives me hives.

I would say Ky is obsessed with what jury members will think, I don’t think he cares what other members of Cookout think. Just his jury management.

True, but he cares about Brit, Dx, Claire and Alyssa votes. When he messes up, he tries to make it up, at least superficially. I think Tiffany will win, with Hannah or Xavier by her side.

But I don't want X to win this season in general because he's playing a Derrick/BB16 game, which gives me hives. It makes watching extremely predictable and boring to watch. I like to see the game swing and people make deals and switch sides.
I am curious if the CO realizes that they might be cutting off their own chance to win the game because if you have 2 CO members in the finals, there are going to be only 4 CO members in the jury that could split their votes 50/50 depending on who is in the final two. So that means they need these non-CO members to see that they played a better game in order to win. The way the CO treat people also matters if they want to win.
If one of the CO members and one non-CO member make it to the end, the odds of that particular CO member winning greatly increase as they would only need to get one non-CO member to vote for them (assuming the other 5 would be a lock).
This of course would mean playing the game and figuring out a way to get the Non-CO members to start targeting the other CO members without getting any blood on their own hands.
I could see Tiff and/or X figuring this out. At least it would be more interesting than watching "Kandy Krush" with Ky!

Remember when Hannah wasn't part of Cookout? Yah. Wish it would have stayed that way. SHE would have figured them out. So, I apologize if this has been covered before, but why isn't Derek X in the Cookout?

The further it went along, Tiffany wanted him to be in it. But heck even Hannah barely made the cut and Azah practically accepted that a week or 2 ago. At first when the alliance was being made, I assumed DX and Alyssa who is half Puerto Rican would have been included but it sadly didn't happen for my DX. So now we have to enjoy the time he has left.

She then asked him if she was the target or does he not really care. He said at first he was indifferent but now that he's heard some things that she's been saying that ....changes his train of thought and said ..."like I said...take the day"
