I was happy they could help those two last week also. I wonder how often she'll have to have those fillers done? Her cheeks and face looked so much better afterwards. Same with the guy whose doctor hacked him up and ruined his midsection, he looked great afterwards.
This week's show had yet another woman who let some piece of crap boyfriend talk her into implants she didn't need, which just infuriates me. Dr. Dubrow did a good job getting all that glop out and removing the lumps and other odd things that had formed in there. She didn't seem ecstatic about going back to smaller, natural breasts - but her body will be happier.
Good job also on the poor lady whose dog headbutted her nose. Yikes. The ex-CIA prosthetics guy they brought in made that really neat insert, you couldn't tell it was fake once it was put in.

The premiere episode of Botched was really interesting. A few years ago Dr. Dubrow preformed a breast augmentation on Tiffany Pollard (a.k.a. New York) that initially turned out fantastic, but a year down the road or so she started having health issues that she found out was due to the implants. She had also had some issues with her past implants as well and went to Dr Dubrow again to get his advice. He explained that some women just have reactions to the implants because it's a foreign object in their body and it gets rejected. He removed the implants and excess skin and gave her a lift that also gave her volume on top and she loved it. She wasn't as big as before but she was still full-breasted.
Another blast from the past was the man who wanted even more filler put into already stuffed lips. Since then he had grown up a lot and no longer wanted such an artificial look and even though he hadn't had any filler put in them for about a year they were still big. Dr. Nassif gave him injections for his lips and after initially not working his lips finally deflated after multiple visits. On his last visit to the doctors he was wearing a suit, was no longer wearing colored contacts or obvious makeup and he looked really good.
The last client was a cosplayer who had a breast augmentation and then Gastric bypass surgery, and the more weight she lost the breasts that looked good on a bigger frame started to look wonky. Dr. Dubrow told her that this was normal, and I think he suggested to her to hold off on any surgery until she had lost all the weight she wanted to lose, which was good advice.

Interesting that the first show was about undoing previous procedures - and I think both Tiffany and the guy with the poofy lips looked much better (and were healthier) afterwards. Sometimes you should just leave your body as it is...

Is it just me, or do Brits have a higher chance of getting botched due to plastic surgery tourism? First there was the lady who wanted to look like Kim Kardashian but had a horrible Brazilian butt lift that she got from god knows where. Honestly, wouldn't it make more sense to get a BBL from Brazil (where they originated and perfected the technique)? Out of all the surgery procedures the BBL has the most risks. She also has issues with her belly lift. The doctors sorted her out though, and she looked nice afterwards.
The man...well...I'll admit that people who want to get the "look" of POCs make me incredibly uncomfortable (especially when it's something that's considered wrong, vulgar, or both when it naturally occurs on a POC but chic and fashionable when a White person does it) and his obsession with looking like Korean boyband members even more so, especially considering how Korea is the plastic surgery mecca in Asia and so many of their "idols" are forced to undergo procedures. Not sure where he got his initial plastic surgery but they left him with two little pieces of cartilage. There was nothing Dr. Nassif could do for him.
I was glad that Dr. Nassif was able to do something with the lady with the enormous nose tip. I don't want to be mean, but she had an honker on her. When Dr Nassif was finished with her she was barely recognizable.

I hate to be rude, but did Dr Dubrow do something to his face? It looks different.
The guy with the K=pop obsession needs help. I hope he never meets his idol, he might be a stalker.

Believe it or not, he's actually on the conservative side; they take fandom to a whole new level in South Korea, and a lot of it is really invasive and gross. They even have a special term for those "fans" which is "Sasaeng." There are a horrible amount of sasaengs in SK, and so many idols have actually committed suicide due to the pressure, ridicule, and criticism of these so called fans. It's really disgusting and nothing is done about it.
Here is more information about it:

While I was out on medical leave, I watched Botched Up Bodies on Netflix. Yikes! They really don't hold anything back! After watching that show, I will NEVER get plastic surgery unless its necessary.

I don't care what that K-pop obsessed guy gets done, he's never going to look Korean. He needs help, for sure.
I don't think I've ever seen a nose deflate like that poor lady's did! All that over a reaction to old stitches. She looked great after Dr. Nassif did his thing...I know she had to feel so much better.

That is terrifying. From the article: "Sasaeng fans are described as often being female, aged 17 to 22, and driven to commit what in some cases may amount to borderline criminal acts in order to gain attention from celebrities. Examples of such acts include seeking out celebrities at their dorms or homes, stealing their personal belongings or information, harassing family members, and sending idols inappropriate gifts such as lingerie." I don't think the K-pop fan will ever look Korean either. I also don't think he will ever have a successful singing career.

What is with these over the top fans? We used to just put posters of our teen idols on the wall, and watch their movies/listen to their records. Now stalking, stealing and harassing is a thing? People are weird. Anyway.

Another Brit addicted to plastic surgery last night. This one was eating up a storm so she could have more fat reserves for another BBL. Not only did they not do it, the doctors explained that her cholesterol levels were high which could lead to Type 2 diabetes and harmful things happening to her during surgery.
Another guest was a lady that had the absolute worst case of capsular contracture I've ever seen. One breast was up and hard while the other one was sagging. It was so bad that she did not allow her husband to see her topless. Dr. Dubrow worked his magic though and she looked a lot better afterwards.
The last guest was a man from Lebanoin who had a severe accident when he was a young man that damaged his nose. Many surgeries later it was hard as a rock and he had problems breathing. This was one of Dr. Nassif's harder cases as his nose was so hard from scar tissue and cartilage that a needle couldn't go through it, and after the procedure there was a risk of part of the nose dying so they had to bring out the leeches. Thankfully, it all had a happy ending.
Next week: A lady with a badonk-a-donk that is out of this world. There are behinds that are so fake you're like whatever, and then there's the ones that are amazing, and this one is the latter. Can't wait until next week!

I think the woman with the double stacked implants was the first I've ever heard of such a thing. Wow. And really, she had a gorgeous model figure before surgery anyway, she didn't need anything done, IMO.
That silly thing who wanted the boob implants on her HEAD so she didn't have to "do" her hair...ugh, no.

Mess. I think the doctors see one patient per show that they have no intention on helping just to show how ridiculous people can be. That girl wanted a breast implant on top of her head so she could have a fierce Bumpit...no way in hell were they going to do that.
Even though Terry marveled at the workmanship the doctor who did that double breast implant needs to lose his license. Everything about that procedure was very much again the Hippocratic oath.

No one has posted here in awhile, and this is my first time. But.... I have to say it... what the heck did Dr. Dubrow do to his face? His eyes and cheeks are different. He looks pulled. And, his hair line is different. Whatever it is he is doing, it is making him look older. He always looked great in the past; just normal. But now he is getting that "I am trying to hide my age: look. Not good at all.
Dr. Nassif has been doing botox for a long time now, and he too is starting to look a bit plastic. But..... Dubrow is really looking odd.

Watched the two episodes which were basically the battle of the booties, lol. Even though both women were interested in having a normal rear end now, only one had a happy ending. The woman with the amazing, jiggly booty got that way because of injections. Not sure what they were injecting her with, but some areas of her butt were discolored and lumpy. After examining her the doctors agreed that she was in the same situation as Rajee a few seasons back; the only way to really get rid of the growths would be to literally cut her behind off. Barring that, there wasn't anything they could do for her at this time, but Dr Dubrow did say that he would be thinking and doing research on a good solution for her. I think it's just a matter of time since it took him about a year to find a solution that worked well for Rajee; after all the clients he gets with with butt implants/injections who want to go even bigger I guess it's refreshing to have a client who just wants to go back to where they were.
The second booty client also wanted to downsize, but she was lucky in the sense that she had implants and the trick was to remove them and give her a lift so she would have some projection back there; no small feat since she was very tiny with very little fat. I have to admit Dr. Dubrow did a wonderful job on her.
With the booty ladies and this week's double implant lady I find it very interesting that this season of Botched is definitely focusing more on people who want to undo past procedures.

I was pretty horrified by the woman with the child that literally punched her in the face and broke the bridge of her nose because she told him there wasn't a Santa when he was 8. Said child would have gotten a "sorry, no money for Christmas presents because I'm trying to fix what you broke" for at least a couple of years. How out of control is your child that they're getting in your face and punching you? I'm glad Dr. Nasiff did lovely work on her nose and was able to get it to look normal again. I also hope that she got her son into some anger management classes.
The second lady had breasts that literally looked like wildebeests ravaged them due to horrible surgery complications. I felt so sorry for her; she just sat in their office and cried. I was glad Dr Dubrow was able to do a great job with what he had to work with, and she felt awesome afterwards.
The last woman...*sigh* You've had multiple procedures and revisions, ended up in a coma and almost died during your last surgery and you STILL want more procedures? I am so glad the doctors don't work on patients like this, because I think at this point you're always going to find something wrong with yourself and go for one more tweak. I could tell just by her response that she's going to ignore everything the doctors told her and hunt for a doctor who will put his pocketbook over morals.

That last woman - you'd think after they squeezed all that goop out of her face, with her friend gagging in the background, she would think twice about going for more surgery/fillers. She almost died yet wants some ribs taken out?? Dumbass.
I was glad they could help the other two, but yeah - that kid wouldn't have had to worry about Christmas for a while.

I don't know whether the previous doctor intended to be cruel or the skin around the groin of a child is more pliable or what but I was completely in agreement with the doctors last night when they said they didn't understand why the doctor chose that area to get the skin graft from instead of other ones. I'm going to lean towards him honestly not knowing what was going to happen because he did a really good job with the actual skin graft, even though it was like two shades darker than her face. Growing pubic hair on it was also horrible, and I was glad when Dr. Nassif said "No, you want it gone, and I'm going to help you" when she replied that she only wanted it smaller. It was very involved with the stretchers he had to put in pre-surgery for weeks, but he did an amazing job because you could barely see a scar weeks later.
The British lady with the Sharpie eyebrows is back! Last year Dr. Dubrow congratulated her on her weight loss but told her since she wanted to lose more weight it would be best to wait until she was done before he did any breast restoration on her. She took the year to lose 30 more pounds and then came back to Dr. Dubrow. While doing surgery on her he discovered that one of her implants had ruptured and was completely destroyed and they had to clean out the entire breast pocket. Considering what he had to work with he did a pretty good job, and she was so thrilled she had a beautiful nude caricature drawing made of her. I was very happy for her.
The last patient was this well-groomed man who was always embarrassed by his chubby cheeks and wanted a more sculpted look, so he got a chin implant that he wasn't happy with. The doctors explained to him that the previous doctor didn't botch him; he gave him the best implant for his current chin type and if he had gotten the square chin he wanted it would have leaned downwards and would have looked cartoonish. Both the doctors reassured him that he looked fine and to not have any more surgery. Ultimately, the patient agreed, saying that he should be grateful for what he had and that enough was enough.
I really enjoyed last nights episode, because all three segments made me feel good.

Ugh, what look was the chin implant guy going for, Dudley Do-Right? I think he looked just fine, and I'm glad they talked him out of another surgery that wasn't needed. Loved the disco ball jackets they had the docs try on. That poor girl with the skin graft! I can't imagine having to pluck pubic hair from your face - there had to be a better location to get a graft from. She had to go through a lot to get there, but she looked great after Dr. Nassif fixed her up.

His previous plastic surgeon gave him the shaped cheeks but since he had a recessed chin he gave him the best implant for that as opposed to what he wanted. If he had gotten the square implant it would have pointed downwards due to the bone structure of his chin and he would have looked liked Dudley Do-Right.
