Restaurant Takeover/Cooking With Heart - The contestants face the restaurant takeover challenge at Providence in Los Angeles, splitting into two teams to feed 48 guests in the dining room; the remaining five cooks receive a heartwarming mystery box challenge in which contestants must create dishes inspired by their loved ones.
Enjoy!

What a fun and sweet episode! I’ve never seen Bowen smile so much 😁 Glad they didn’t eliminate anyone in the second half of the show. That would’ve just been mean. But, the challenge of the three desserts in an hour was brutal. I’m not surprised all three didn’t complete it. They sure looked yummy, though!

Did Joe really have to keep tapping his spoon on top of Farhan's panna cotta? Ugh, we get it. The topping was too hard. Stop.
I'm glad they didn't boot anyone in the second hour, too. And I've never heard of tuna hearts being food. Doesn't sound like something I'd want to try...

I really can't stand Joe! I wish he had stayed gone; the female chef (whatever her name was) was MUCH more tolerable than looking at his sour, weird face!

Joe is Joe... he doesn't really bother me. I always liked Graham so wish he' d come back. Not a fan of the pastry chef lady... I like the MC Canada cast better than the US version....
As for the remaining contestants... i just look forward to Bowen and then Samantha leaving. I find Bowen a tad nasty, a tad arrogant, and a tad over-emotional for my liking....

This competition is about being a home cook, so why the Hell's Kitchen-style competitions to perform restaurant services? These people didn't sign up to run a Michelin star restaurant or act as a sous chef, or to cater parties for hundreds of people. I like when they have individual competitions to create a meal out of a mystery box or re-create a dish. Not catering or restaurant services...

I agree. They expect so much out of those without professional training.
I saw a promo for Hells Kitchen - so the bad pros are coming up. I think I prefer the nicer amateurs.

I always said that I hate the catering part of the show and usually turn it off only to come back to the "dreaded" pressure test for the losing team.
