I have to admit thosse tacos were delicious— and unusual. One was a stuffed cheeseburger taco, and then I ate two California Roll tacos with crabmeat salad, avocado, onion, and cucumber with Japanese rice on a tortilla shell.

Last night I experimented with making pizza nachos. I had gotten pizza makings and after the crescent rolls ran out, I still had marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese leftover so I tried having them on tortilla chips. Unfortunately, I didn't like the combination of flavors. Oh, well. It was worth trying once! It probably would taste better on pita chips or something other than tortilla chips.

I've actually eaten regular meals/healthy food today, but just now I finished a Nutella Cookie. Made just like a peanut butter cookie, except with Nutella. Really good. Keeping this in mind for next time I have to bake.
