Gia is still a mouthy bitch.  She doesn't know when to turn off the shade. Trinity is right, this is a bad strategy when the competition is about queens eliminating each other. |

Gia's routine was the best, imo. I hate having to admit that because she's my least favorite of all the girls. It's only the premiere and I'm already tired of Farrah's crying. Still, I'm glad that fall didn't get her eliminated. Accidents happen and at least she came prepared and had rehearsed. Jasmine came in on a wing and a prayer. Her jokes fell flat and left the audience confused. Every time I see Latrice, I can't help but think, "Get those nuts away from my face." I just love her!!! Hope she goes far this season. |

I remember Gia telling the story of how she did kabuki theater & dance as a child, so it was nice to see her performing in her wheelhouse where she felt comfortable. She always seemed to be thrown for a loop at all the performance challenges on her season. It's great that she representing the trans community this season, but it makes it all the more puzzling why she's been such a shady queen in the workroom so far -- representing is supposed to be about being a role model, isn't it? Like Peppermint...
I was just doing some Googling, and it turns out Gia was also on a Drag Race-like show in Chile, The Switch. It's available on the WOW Presents Plus channel, which I have on Roku but haven't checked out much. It's also where Trixie & Katya are doing their new episodes of UNHhhh this year.
