So, when does the second batch start? When will Lucifer Season 5 Part 2 come out?
This is a tricky question. When it comes to half seasons, Netflix can space them out anywhere from two months to six months—or even longer.
Then we have COVID-19 to factor in, which could delay the release even more.
Even though it’s almost guaranteed that all of Season 5 has been filmed and is probably ready to go right now or close to it, it’s always possible that Netflix might want to space out new releases to ensure that they have new content scheduled well into the future.
But, then again, Netflix has a ton of content in the can already. Maybe they won’t need to space out these halves, and Lucifer Season 5 Part 2 will arrive at a normal pace—possibly before the end of 2020. decider.com/2020/08/21/lucifer-season-5-part-2-come-out-on-netflix/

I've discovered Iron Fist (a Marvel/Netflix project)and am now binging. It's Green Arrow with even more mysticism.

That sucks. We really enjoyed I Am Not Okay With This and they left it on such a cliffhanger! Ugh.

Tom did such a good job morphing into Gabriel. I am happy that he scarred his face, though. Even more work for the make-up department.

I started watching Cobra Kai over the weekend. I'd heard about it from time to time as a You Tube show, and a discussion about it on the Big Brother feeds got me curious. It's not going to be winning any Emmys but I found it to be very entertaining! It is imagining what life would be like if Ralph Macchio and his karate rival from the Karate Kid grew up and encountered each other again as adults. It's a fun way to pass some time on the weekend!

Project Power - not bad, a slightly different take on "superpower" movies. Jamie Foxx and Joseph Gordon-Levitt were great, the editing on the action scenes was not. Watched it. Was OK but could have been much better. Interesting take on the storyline having a young African American girl as the drug dealer. I almost felt it was a tad preachy in regards to saying the system is so against female African American have so little opportunities and I was getting the impression from the female lead was the system is crap so don't even bother. Work the system don't let it work you. Then there was the entire issue that the mother was disabled and ill at home and not enough money to buy a can of soup yet there is tuition to pay for the girls schooling? How is that? and lets not forget that poor mom had no food for about 2 days waiting for her daughter to get home with one can of tomato soup. I did like that the Arthur told Robin that her super power were her words and not something from a pill. I just think this could have been a better film. No shade given, but I suggest that maybe you should take another look at the movie if that is the impression you got. With everything POC are dealing with right now, that seems a little shortsighted.

The movie at best was a C+. It was preachy and could have been much better. Seriously not worth a second looks as it was a not that good of a film. Both the male leads phoned it in. I did appreciate that the female lead was unconventional looking and not the normal pretty model type. However the director didn't really ask the stars for the best and took the easy way out and to be honest probably was exploiting the fact that the BLM is a hot trend and thought this film would get great reviews and ratings. The trailers were better.

We're watching Kingdom. I don't like boxing let alone MMA, but the characters intrigue us, and we're binging..

I have been avoiding homework and housework this mini staycation and decided to watch Teenage Bounty Hunters and Cobra Kai.. have to say I was surprised by both. TBH is rather funny and quirky and Cobra Kai is a nice throw back to the 80s for me its a very different take on the Johnny/Daniel dynamic. Funny seeing Sheldon's sister Missy as Daniel's wife.

Well I finally took the plunge and binged all of Lucifer. I was completely dumbfounded as to the debacle of the last few episodes of season three. I felt like I was watching a different show. But season four and the half of season five redeemed itself. Very entertaining. Can’t wait for the rest of season five to be released.

The first three were Fox related (production input?) while seasons 4 and 5 are produced under Netflix aegis. There was a definite turn to the dark side once it got to Netflix.

1BR - a sorta creepy horror story about the worst apartment complex ever. Don't sneak pets into this place...yikes. I Am a Killer: Released - ugh, this one pissed me off. He should not have been released, now he's out living his life and trashing the poor victim. The Rain (season 3) - final season, not bad. They wrapped it up well. High Score - a neat look back at the beginnings and evolution of video games. Anyone remember Pong?

But season four and the half of season five redeemed itself. Very entertaining. Can’t wait for the rest of season five to be released. There were about 4 standalone episodes that were to be introduced at key parts of the season but due to ratings going down and possible cancellation moved around and when the series was cancelled on the network, the episodes were aired as bonus episodes and seemed out of order. It is explained in detail in the Lucifer wiki.

Has anyone else gotten sucked in by Get Organized With The Home Edit yet? OMG, it's partly really fun and then also totally ridiculous. The over-the-top agonizing about the placement of milk in a fridge They're sort of the anti-Maria Kondos.
Out of curiosity, I checked out their line of storage containers an The Container Store and GOOD LORD, the prices! Like $19.99 for one canister. No, thank you You could find something that would work just as well for a lot less. Some of the sets of containers are hundred of dollars. You know, good for them that they can charge that much, but yikes! I'll see you at Target or the Dollar Tree!
I do like that each episode features a celebrity, but also a regular person or family. Some of those celebrity closets and pantries are bigger than actual ROOMS in my house. Oh, and sorry, Reese Witherspoon, but who has an extra empty closet!? That's the size of a bedroom?

I liked to be organized and hoped this would give me ideas. No need to watch anymore episodes.

The regular network episode is 40 minutes long without commercials and Season 5 had almost 1 hour episodes so there was a lot more content. Maybe the remaining 10 episodes will be 90 minutes long. Here is to hoping.

I read an Inverse article that said Midnight Special is the best undiscovered SciFi movie on Netflix. I watched and I agree. Edge of my seat. Wonderful actors. Great plot.

Has anyone watched the new season of Criminal: United Kingdom yet? Of the four episodes, I thought episodes 2 and 3 were really good, but 1 and 4 didn't really keep my interest. I like Kit Harrington, but I haven't seen him in anything outside of GOT that I thought he was really good in. He was terrific in episode 2. I thought he did a great job and I thought the episode was very good too.

Watched the Korean movie #Alive. I thought it a remake of the French movie Night Eats the World, man wakes up in apartment to a zombie apocalypse going on outside, but it wasn't. And I am so glad. I really enjoyed this movie.

The Social Dilemma... should be required watching. About how social media morphed away from fun and games to artificial intelligence influencing our views. Scary stuff.
