Is anyone watching the Great British Baking show? A new episode was supposed to drop Friday but it’s not available when I try to watch it. The Great British Baking Show has its own thread in Other Reality Shows: The Great British Baking Show - FansOfRealityTV

I watched it on Friday - the title is German Week - featuring German desserts.
I noticed they filled up all the weekly time slots with an image. When the new episode arrives, it opens the next one on the string. I go to episodes, then the last season and slide over to episodes.
Thank you. I’ll try that.

Some workers from netflix walked out because they thought that dave chapelle's comedy special was being hateful towards trans people and they want it removed from netflix. Afterwards it was revealed that the person in charge of the walkout has said several racist remarks herself online before. What a mess going on there.

Monsters Inside: The 24 Faces of Billy Milligan - interesting story, awful editing and production. I'm inclined to think he was just a lying sociopath and made up the multiple personalities, myself. The Chestnut Man - excellent Danish crime drama. Occasionally gruesome but not overly so. Subtitled. There's Someone Inside Your House - teen slasher that started out great and slowly fizzled. The bad guy was easy to guess... You (season 3) - I no longer like Joe and want his next obsession to take him out. I'm really mad about that ending. Night Teeth - an okay movie about vampires in LA. The best part was only having to suffer through about five minutes of Megan Fox's stunningly bad "acting."

Just finished the miniseries Midnight Mass (7 episodes). It was slow at first but then it got really interesting. I recommend it.

Maybe we need to give it another chance. I think it suffered because we had just come off the emotional roller coaster of Squid Game.

Mike Flanagan directed it...he's also done the other shows The Haunting of Bly Manor (which I liked a lot) and The Haunting of Hill House. His shows tend to start off very slow but surely get better as each episode progresses. I loved Squid Game, too!

Army of Thieves - a lot of fun, I liked how they tied it in and showed bits of Army of the Dead. Can't wait for the third movie.
No One Gets Out Alive - decent horror movie about bad things going on in a Cleveland boarding house. Great creepy atmosphere, mediocre ending.

I watched Maid in one day yesterday. I was going to save the last 2 episodes for today, but the end of episode 8 was so painful, I had to stay up late and finish it. I am still emotionally distraught.

I haven't finished it yet, but the Gal Godot character as a commander at the Russian prison relaxes by watching GBBO. There was a glimpse of the episode on her TV - the one from last season with the cake busts...the attempt at Freddie Mercury was featured. That made me do a double take. When my brain is ready, I'll finish it.

Army of Thieves - a lot of fun, I liked how they tied it in and showed bits of Army of the Dead. Can't wait for the third movie. I knew almost nothing about it other than it was associated with AotD, so expected a full-on zombie apocalypse movie. I ended up really enjoying it. It was much quirkier and more fun than the first movie. The lead reminded me of a German Anthony Michael Hall. Apparently, he's a big star in Germany. I can see why. He's really good at physical comedy. The fact that he's fluent in English may work in his favor as far as getting more roles in the US. Definitely looking forward to the third movie too!

Red Notice was a lot of fun! I want to watch it again... "I'm Ed Sheeran, bitch!" That was only second to, for me at least, "I was in Game of Thrones!"
It was cute, I enjoyed it but it wasn't anything new IMO and was pretty typical Ryan and The Rock. I watched it because of all the 'hype' about it recently, and like I said it was fun but that was it for me. I did note they left it open for a second one if TPTB see a good return.

We enjoyed it, there were some funny lines . In prison, Ryan asking if the slop , was farm to table ..

I enjoyed Red Notice, but I find it sort of sad that Ryan Reynolds is just playing the same character over and over again. He's capable of range, but he seems to end up playing this same guy most of the time now.
Gal Gadot is so gorgeous it's like she's another species. Apparently, she's really sweet too. And smart.
The little four episode Christmas "season" of Blown Away was good fun. Watching that show always confirms for me that I'll never get into working with glass. I get hot in my studio with just my small torch! I can't imagine how hot that glass shop gets.

I LOVE Blown Away and have to catch the Christmas episodes. I couldn't work with glass either, when I watch the show I am always so nervous that they are going to forget and touch the glass.

I watched all the new Tiger King episodes and now I feel dirty. All of those people are so gross. There wasn't much new information, mostly rehashing and filler. Meh.
