What does Brynn do? Another influencer. I'm sure Jenna will be fine without her and her nasty tongue, telling Jenna her tan etc. was a cop out. Erin has been told to be the sh** stitter, and she does it too well. Jessel and Sai are a lost cause, it's a shame this show had gone downhill so fast. Brynn, and what she said was trending last night on Twitter. Wondering if Bravo floated this group to see if ratings would improve with a younger, more relatable cast - not so wealthy, working women, trendy influencers. I think it could work, but this particular cast doesn't quite have the chemistry. Or the cachet. That said, I think episodes are getting better. |

Brynn is starting to disturb me in a big way. Brynn obviously finds and is able to make herself infinitely charming-- and apparently manages to "endear" herself to all and sundry. ( But of course she "really" wanted to be a doctor. Give me a break.) I always found her tagline really offensive-- the thing about "I'll date your Dad" is really awful-- that is, threatening to take your father's love away from you because she's just so so bewitching"--
And while the first bit of her childhood,, although I'm not sure how she can remember it, was terrible-- the rest doesn't sound so horrific to me.. If you're brought up by your wonderful grandmother, and have all sorts of adventures in a day being the pet in a hair salon-- is that really so unbearable? Yes-- being poor is difficult, (and Ill admit that on the surface, I had it much better)--and I'm not saying it was a bowl of cherries-- but ,it's such a set piece, counted on to suck up all the emotional air in a room, which becomes focused on what a brave, traumatized child she was and what a heroic, deeply tormented but overcoming all the odds adult she's become. And truly, while there may be a place in herself where all that is true, which she can tap into at times, she's just so manicured, and swathed in layers of pink tulle and artfully applied makeup and so ready to make herself the darling that it all seems to have become part of an act-- all of which has been put together to make sure she is cossetted and made to feel special.
I"m sorry if this rant seems mean, and unfair. But she is becoming too much for me to take.

I feel that way about Erin. She is constantly talking about someone behind another's back. And she has absolutely no humility and so quick to be outraged. She is a humorless shell.
I can only watch in pieces because it's so unwatchable at times. I mean, how they all ganged up on Jenna and then pretended to care when she started to cry? Ugh.

Even Jenna gets on my nerves, if she wants to have a fling with finger lickin Brynn, go for it.
Ubah was acting stupid this episode, I'd of clocked her if she took my glasses off. The phone is so important, she left in the car, twice!

Rumor has it that Bravo is casting again for RHONY (I can't find where I read it). My guess is that Jenna isn't coming back; she just got engaged, and from what I see, she is not having a great time on the show. Plus, she isn't listed as coming to BravoCon. However, I hope it's Erin, because she drives me crazy, and giving that woman a platform just feeds into her overly inflated ego.

I am 100% team Pavit. He seems like such a cool, chill man. And yes, mileage runs are a thing to keep your status, plus, if he's in first class? You just watch movies and eat; if I had two kids, that sounds like heaven to me (I mean, it sounds like heaven without having two kids!) I don't like the other husbands - especially Abe and how involved he is in wanting to know about people's sex lives. I don't want to know. On RHONJ Jennifer Aydin's husband seemed to be kind of 'above' socializing with the other men, and was not originally a part of the bro pack, but eventually he began to socialize with them a little bit, and they began to really like him and accept him, and he began to see that they were okay too, and eventually he became one of the guys. So this could happen with Pavit too. Reality tv makes for strange bedfellows!  |

What to say about this group and this season?
The one I like the least is whichever one is onscreen. Sai sure came on strong toward the end of the season-- I hadn't realized what a hostile hurtful person she was-- this pretense that she just wants Jessel to be "real" -- and her stance that she "doesn't care"-- are so phony-- she obviously can't stand Jessel, for whatever reason, and she sure cares a lot about hoping Pavit is cheating on Jessel. I'm not sure why Jessel is so hard to take, but I think it has something to do with her putting on airs--- which can certainly be annoying -- and having one of these impeccable high-toned British accents, She really doesn't fit in with this group, where you need to have climbed up by your own bootstraps from an abusive childhood--. She's obviously spent a lot of energy smoothing off the rough edges and plumping up the rich plumage she accoutres herself in.
Ubah seems like a bit of a loose canon, and Jenna obviously has developed this very successful psuedo-humble and waif-like persona-- so she very elegantly makes these appearances without at all competing with the others for attention or camera time. Erin is like fingernails on a chalkboard-- -- and well-- Brynn is like a creampuff into which she keeps larding more and more cream so I almost get a sugar high just listening to her bob and weave about who she is and what she thinks.
I think at this point I'm watching just to see how much more dislikeable they can be.

What to say about this group and this season? I think at this point I'm watching just to see how much more dislikeable they can be. Nice rundown - yup, that's what they are. Around mid-September when I could finally identify them by name & face, I thought episodes were getting a little better. Not so much after a few more weeks. I suppose they'll be cancelled, but oh do not bring back that simpleton Ramona. Luann has made a name for herself outside the franchise, good for her; would not like seeing her back either. Sonja is out to pasture in so many ways-- hope none of them return. RHNY needs socialites, glass ceiling-breakers, people with interesting lives. |

Fi.Na.Ly! I doubt any Bravo watcher is shocked at her racism. She's been a p.o.s person from the jump. I hope she loses everything since she's capitalized and been rewarded for being a horrible, avaricious, and mean person.
I love that Vanity Fair thought they were breaking some big news and happy there was finally enough pressure to get Singer booted. I wonder what they will do with the upcoming show she is on. I wonder if they will edit her out like they did racist Peter from Below Deck.

I don't buy the fact that they didn't realize until now that she's a raging bigot and classist as hell. This woman has proven time and time again what she's made of, and the thing with people like that is if you see them treating people horribly in public, they're even worse in private. I'm glad that miserable toerag got the gate from Bravo and her job.
