NOTE: It looks like the 8PM start time is permanent, at least for the time being...
Roaring Munchies - The chefs walk in on an epic battle of Last Chance Kitchen and are drafted into the fight. Once Tom declares a winner, the chefs immediately begin a challenge making dishes based on Prohibition Era cocktails. Chef Ken Oringer joins Padma, Tom and Graham at a Roaring 20's party with Flappers and Dapper Dans.
Enjoy the show!

I don't know what's going to happen with Brian's dish, but from the sheer number of scenes featuring him in the weeds while cooking, this episode should be subtitled "Roaring Munchies and Sinking Brian"

How do you get back in, only to get kicked out?
I liked the whole Roaring 20s/drink theme and especially liked the fact that everyone dressed for it and looked great.

Oh! Poor Brother!
Happy that Eric won. He's my favorite, not only is he super handsome, I love how he plays with West African flavors.

I got the feeling that Tom really pushed for Brother to be the one to go home. He seemed really pissed that he'd made the same mistake that got him booted the last time by not following the challenge, but instead just making the food that he wanted to. It would have been wise for him to have played on the straight and narrow for at least a couple of challenges to show how much he appreciated being back.

The piss-poor attitudes that many of the chefs showed Brother in the talking heads as well as in the post-challenge discussion and then in the house talks really irked me. For that reason alone I was rooting for him to stay, just to tick some of them off. Otherwise this week was a non-event, with the same chefs staying in the competition as last week.

I think Brian was saved from elimination because Brother asked to leave. That's how I interpret the episode.

I think they were positioning Brother to come back in LCK in this next round, but he had enough.

I wanted to see more of NiNi. Brother must be very talented; maybe he will be back in all stars.

They way judges discussed Brother's dish led me to believe that he prepared the second worst dish after Brian and it was Brother that opted to leave. Plus, from watching, I'm left with the impression that other contestants were openly discussing their resentment that he was able to enter their competition, thus Bother's comment that it was their time to compete, not his.

I got that impression as well, and it really made me look at this group differently as quite a few people were nasty in talking heads/on screen. I don't even want to think about what they didn't show us. Poor Brother must have been so uncomfortable.
