Giggy was the best. Andy really was enthralled by him. So much so that he even followed the Twitter account that Lisa had set up for him. The best part of that was how it infuriated Jill Zarin because he refused to follow her dog's account even after she begged 😆 RIP sweet boy. 🐾 👼

Ever since I saw the movie “Erin Brackovitch”, I admired Tom. I hope all this is not true. However, I think EJ liked the high life and allocated a lot of his money for superfluous things. Travel, clothes and accessories, and glam squad were her priorities. They both seem to owe a lot of money.

Maybe it's because I like Erika, I don't know - but it rubs me the wrong way to see so many people suggesting that Tom got in trouble because of Erica's lifestyle. What happened to personal responsibility? Over and over again, we've seen good people rise to high levels of success, allow it to go to their heads, and as a result make stupid decisions. Considering how common that is, why is it crazy to think that is what happened to Tom rather than him being a pure and innocent nice man who fell victim to the evil bottle blond with fake boobs?

Obviously Erika spends much more than she brings in, has been quick to dismiss and shut down discussion of earlier lawsuits related to unpaid debts and although she decided to jump ship, she actually expected her 81 year old husband to continue to pay for her over the top exorbitant lifestyle. IMO, she holds equal responsibility to the ruins of what was once a respectable law firm. Rumor has it that Lisa Rinna (who has Kathy Hilton nipping on her tail) has turned her attention to taking down Erika this year --- just as she did to LVP two years ago and Denise last year. Next season should be interesting to watch.

Next season should be interesting to watch. The show is called the real HOUSEWIVES. As has been stated repeatedly, not all the women are truly housewives. But the definition of one is going to indicate that a true housewife spends more in a marriage than she brings in - because she's not working. So that has nothing to do with what i was saying about painting Tom in this angelic light until the big bad evil Erica brought him down. Fame and fortune has gone to many a man's head and led him to make bad decisions on his own.

I think both Tom and Erika only thought of themselves. They both disgust me, and I hope she has a really rough season, if she's still on.She can dish it out, she can't take it..her poor son, he must feel embarrassed, as he keeps the law!

Here's a cache of today's LA Times article that otherwise sits behind a paywall. Definitely worth the read. webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:fgMTyBiTbyIJ:https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2020-12-17/tom-girardi-erika-jayne-rhobh-divorce+&cd=5&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=usThe article details that prior to Erika joining the cast of the RHOBH, she began shutting down her expensive hobby/niche "music career". Every single penny dumped into Erika's glam, videos other extravagances --- the jet, the clothing, the jewelry and even the enormous political contributions --- is money stolen off the backs of Girardi's numerous clients, creditors ex-wife and business associates. The fraud committed by Tom and Erika has been ongoing for more than 15 years --- perhaps since the two married. Every time he's been served with a lawsuit, she's been served. All along, both have publicly and privately batted down allegations of misdoings. Here's an interesting quote, "for at least the past decade, Girardi had been running his firm like "a Ponzi scheme."" To truly understand the real Erika Girardi, pay attention to all the phony write-ups about her published on the internet (which are now difficult to uncover now as they are buried under the recent reportings). Those phony write-ups discussed Erika as the most popular, most accomplished and most successful BH Housewife ever. It's still easy to access her Wikipedia page which in it's current state is no less than a joke as it illustrates micromanagement obsession much beyond that of the work of a publicist. Tom will be criminally prosecuted and I expect Erika has all along signed off on illicit activities, thus will be criminally prosecuted, too. IMO, Erika would be smart to immediately quit filming Housewives, but she won't because, like Teresa Giudice, she's a narcissist and will hang herself believing in her ability to control the narrative while pursuing plausible deniability.

Thanks Amber. Really enlightening. Given Toms age and condition, it’s unlikely he’d survive Jail time. EJ on the other hand has survival skills - she’ll probably exploit her experience for $

That's her storyline for next season I guess, Tom that cheating liar.. She's apparently selling her clothes online. I saw one outfit that was $4000.00 I wouldn't have paid $400.00 for, someone will buy it..

I highly doubt that he was cheating on her. In the article, they stopped her from selling the dresses because it is part of Tom's money.

Ugh. It gets worst and worst. First. It now appears that not only did Tom Girardi embezzle proceeds, he settled numerous cases without permission of principle clients. In other words, unbeknownst to said clients, he accepted settlements on their behalf, then shorted or withheld, from his clients, such settlement money he was to have held for them in escrow. Second. Guess what Erika will leave her marriage with? The two heavy-duty contractor garbage bags stuffed with her then clothing when quitting her (West Hollywood) Chasen's cocktail waitressing job and moving in with Tom. Anything acquired since appears to be deemed by the court as community property and subject to the ongoing INVOLUNTARY BANKRUPTCY liquidation proceedings to compensate the long list of clients, creditors and everyone else the Girardis stole from to live their "it's 'XXpen$ive' to be me (ayy, ayy, ayy)" lifestyle. Yep, that's what going on. Clients and creditors have FORCED Tom's firm, Tom personally, Erika's LLC(s) and Erika personally into involuntary bankruptcy and our Erika is (stupidly) not cooperating. Although Erika has previously achieved some success in controlling a handful of previous online publications writeups (and still controlling her Wikipedia page last I looked) illustrating herself as so talented, so popular, so success worthy, she is bitterly failing in her attempts to steer her divorce narrative from heartless/gold-digger to victim of Tom's alleged long-term cheating. Really Erika? As a personal note to Erika: Stop it! You're making matters worst! Time to give up, cooperate with the authorities and otherwise go underground. Stop filming Housewives for all that will be accomplish is giving cover to Lisa Rinna to use you as her storyline. Top that off with anything you say or infer will be used against you. Erika, no one cares how you have been harmed. You bet on the wrong horse and it's time to accept you've lost! As a further matter, any money made going forward with Housewives will not be yours to keep. It will be confiscated towards paying back any and all money collected from selling personal assets and the balance, if any, being thrown in with what the courts will force to be auctioned off. And, that's not it. No one, as of yet, is factoring in Federal and State tax liability related to the ill gotten income acquired by the tens of millions of dollars embezzled. Most importantly, you're not Teresa Giudice, meaning, contrary to force feeding certain lazy publications of your contrived importance of being not A, but THE, RHOBH breakout star, you're not nor have ever been that important to the Beverly Hills Housewives show. You must be made to understand that unlike Teresa, RHOBH will not be paused awaiting your release from prison and once you are released, you will not be invited back. tamaratattles.com/2020/12/18/erika-girardis-assets-have-also-been-frozen/tamaratattles.com/2020/12/19/erika-jayne-tom-girardi-but-wait-theres-more/

Excellent summary amber! Thank you! (I had no idea that they had met at Chasen's, I was just reading about the restaurant in a book about Harold Ross.)
