Reminder in case this is your first time joining us - we are going to continue what we did with BB20 last summer and allow spoilers in our nightly episode discussion threads. If you want to avoid spoilers, we have one thread for spoiler-free episode discussion that will be ongoing throughout the season ( linked here). Enjoy the episode!

There is a lot to cover in this episode...Anthony leaving, how Kandi was put up, play 2nd veto, 2nd veto ceremony, then we have live eviction and HOH comp and all the stuff happening between those events. This episode will go fast.

Big Brother! Everything else gets DVR'd. I wonder what BS they'll throw at us to explain Anthony leaving?

Big Brother! Everything else gets DVR'd. I wonder what BS they'll throw at us to explain Anthony leaving? It's the weirdest thing, right? And Jonathan is getting screwed because of it.

So Mouch was just part of a twist. Too bad, I kind of liked him.
Sucks for Ryan. He ends up nominating half the house.

"Not a real houseguest." That makes no damn sense.
So he stayed in the house a few days just so he could leave and they could play for the Mooch veto??
Nah.

Jonathan, stop playing it up so much -- "I'm gonna have a stroke!" Please.
Well at least they made the Mooch's deal make a little sense.

I don't think that convinced anyone. Anthony quit. Plain and simple.

I don't think that convinced anyone. Anthony quit. Plain and simple. No, I think it actually was a twist. He talked about these things with the other house guests. There are laws about game shows and they have to show what twist are planned throughout the show before they start filming so that everything is on the up and up.

Ryan is the worst liar/plotter. He just can't pull it off.

It does suck that Ryan had to nominate so many people. Kandi, it's not YOU in the center of all the drama.

Game show rules don't apply to Big Brother, it's not classified as a game show. (This comes up every season ) But for the sake of the viewers coming back, it certainly is in the producers' interest to make the competition seem legit. There were stories in the financial papers/sites about the Mooch appearing at the Davos forum this week before BB started, but for some reason, it never made it to the mainstream news, and no BB fans snooped them out before the feeds started. It's still a lame twist though.

What is BB classified as? I thought any show that has a monetary prize has to follow rules of disclosure before the season.

I'm not surprised it's Jonathan. He was the most strategic of those on the block...thus the biggest threat.

Well that is lame. He was one of the only personality's I could stomach this season. I guess he played too hard too fast.

well HoH comp will be interesting. If it is the wall comp, I’m thinking Joey may have the advantage. Smaller people seem to handle that endurance more easily than taller people. (Not a fan of anyone yet....maybe Tom/Kato. ) Let’s hope it will be on live feeds!

I've been watching RuPaul's Drag Race. I forgot this was on. Jonathan seemed nice, but he did have a strategy.
