What's Your Motto? - The final four chefs participate in a tableside challenge, preparing them for the showmanship that the Las Vegas Executive Chef position will require. Later, the pressure returns when the chefs endure the showmanship challenge, in which more than one chef may go home.
Enjoy the show!

First time I watched this season, but I kept reading that "Ariel" was doing well. I liked this episode with Ariel being the first through to the finale, and though I didn't know him, I felt for Motto deciding he wasn't ready for the Vegas job. The suspenseful continuation is that only two will be in the finale and the other will be named at the top of next week's show.

I will pull my hair out if I have to watch Brett one more time....go Mia! Rooting for Ariel in an Ariel/Mia finale!

There's no way Bret stays over Mia. I hope.
If he knew he wanted to go, why did Motto wait so long? Someone else could have been in the final five. Not that it matters, I think Ariel is going to win...

We have reservations for Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas next month. If Brett wins this season, we are cancelling our reservation. And, no, we are NOT kidding.

There is no way, no way at all, Bret should be in that finale. Even with her inexperience in a professional kitchen, Mia has been far more consistent than him and is more varied in her culinary repertoire, whereas Bret absolutely cannot move away from his comfort zone of Italian food even when asked to. Not to mention he's off-putting in terms of personality, just painfully unlikable and exceedingly arrogant. I genuinely don't understand the dislike for Mia I see from people on Twitter and on Youtube, people saying she's arrogant (which no, she's confident, it's a big difference, a jerk (except no she hasn't), and a teacher's pet (that one outright baffles me, it makes absolutely no sense), then they actively root for Bret because he's "passionate". Last time I checked, passion doesn't make up for incompetence, big ego and not taking risks.
Seriously, the only good outcome from this would be Ariel vs Mia in the finale, and I hope Mia doesn't get stuck with neither Bret nor Heather in her team, as I wouldn't put it past them to try sabotaging her chances of winning. And if it's an Ariel vs Bret finale instead, for whatever bizarre reason Ramsay would do that, I'd outright refuse to watch.

I read about that and I'm not surprised at all. The guy's a disaster. I've also seen a lot of people praising Motto, saying he's "admirable" and "amazing " for "putting his hometown first". I couldn't disagree more. The guy went into the competition with the aim of not winning, he outright admitted that he wamted to "gain experience" and when the time was right, "return home". Of course he kept quiet about it, but come the final four, when he has a shot at the finals, that's when he announces it and quits. The guy went into the competition with the intent of quitting at whatever point, he took the spot of someone who would've given it their all to win, such as Kanae, and I don't find that admirable at all, that is pond scum levels of deplorable.
