So I went to the JCP website. Apparently the show was filmed before JCP decided to discontinue the Project Runway line so none of these winning designs were ever created.

I can't believe they don't edit that part out then. You'd think it would be easy enough to do! I actually liked a lot of the looks tonight. Though I didn't agree with Anya being eliminated; I thought it should be Michelle or Django!

Someone posted a link to the press release about it in (I think) the episode 1 thread Really frustrating for all of the winning designers, for sure.

Call me tacky, but I loved the majority of the looks this week (even the kinda ugly ones, lol) with the notable exception of Anya's.
There's a part of me that wants Django to rise. I like him, and judging by that short clip they showed of his work (as well as that wonderful black and white outfit a few weeks back) he has greatness in him, but this show is doing him no favors. I kinda liked his look this week; it was really slinky, seventies, and very Diana Ross from Mahogany.
I was very disappointed in AR this week with his entirely unnecessary bashing of Biddell. I remember Christian Siriano and Chris March got similar criticism for finishing quickly but there is something to be learned by not overthinking an outfit, plus some people sew quicker than others. He should have put that energy talking smack about Biddell into his own garment, especially since Biddell was Top 3 and he was only safe.
I am glad that Anya is off this show. The instant she couldn't use flowy fabrics or her 3 patterns she was completely exposed. It was painfully obvious that she only knows how to sew simple things and important things like sleeves and properly tailoring a skirt is completely beyond her skillset. She has not developed her design skills at all, and IMO took the slot of a more capable designer. Having her fellow designers sew different parts of her outfit was the last straw; she pulled that same "Can you help me?" act the last time on the show and it was only through a lot of help from her fellow designers she was able to get so far. PR got a LOT of backlash when she got to the finale (and won) because of all thee help she got last time, and I would not be surprised if the producers intervened; Michelle may be a lot of things, but at least she had a concept for her look and knows how to construct a garment and sew well. I could see Florence from Florence and the Machines wearing her outfit, while I could only see a very tacky z-lister wearing Anya's; plus those lace inserts at the bottom of the breasts almost exposing the nipples was in very poor taste.

Poor Anya, she knew she was sunk from the beginning when she had to attempt structure rather than draping.

Poor Anya, she knew she was sunk from the beginning when she had to attempt structure rather than draping. That's what happens when you call yourself a designer but can't be bothered to learn how to sew.
