Victor and Nicole engagedLots of BB News today...apparently Victor and Nicole (BB18 and upcoming season of TAR) got engaged today IN the BB house. They were there with Paul, Josh, and Derrick. The housemates have been talking about it. Victor shaved and cut his hair, I haven't seen it but I'm curious!!

Dan did some instagram live videos the other day to celebrate the 10th anniversary of his win. They were really great, and he's uploaded them to his YouTube channel

I loved hearing Dan and Memphis talk  To this day such a good duo. And Jerry! Aww....he's dating. This was awesome. I love that Dan did this. |

Memphis really put his $50,000 to work, didn't he? One may not like Boogie but he gave Dan good advice when he said "go home, get away from LA." And Jerry sounds just the same - and with a lady friend now. Ian is still teaching but more interested now in gaining Backgammon points. Britney training to run a half marathon was funny. I hope Dan finally wears her down to do an Instagram story. Derrick talked and talked and talked...and finally, Janelle. She sounds really put together.

Memphis is really doing well for himself. 5 restaurants with a hotel in the works! I love all his different restaurant ideas. Especially D-0 Double G ...a hot dog place that only places 90's rap |

This is probably one of the most personal posts I've ever made. Yeah, so about that... When I was cast for BB, my sexuality was something I struggled with at the time. More reasons because of family. Growing up black and going to black church while gay can be mentally draining.
Also, let's be honest... we all know BB would not have cast me had I disclosed that about myself. We all know how they love their stereotypes and I don't really fall into any of those boxes.
I've spent a great deal of my life holding myself back, worried about what others would say. That was the only area in my life where I was the most insecure. For that, I remained super single, never giving anyone a chance. But fck that... I realized I deserved happiness too.
After that, I dated a guy once briefly, but I was still in my head about it all so I broke it off. So after plenty of conversation with my mom, I let my guard down and eventually met @themarcusmartin and he's been in my life for almost 2 years.
He's definitely the calm to my storm.
