I totally agree that Khloe should be more angry with Tristan than with Jordyn, but I get why she's calling her out. Jordyn was Kylie's BFF and as IIRC, living with Kylie. That's way different than if he'd cheated with some random girl. It's worse that he chose a friend of her sister and worse that she slept with the BF of her friend's sister. Just sleazy all around, but that family seems to attract sleaze. Why would anyone want to be involved with them if they weren't at least going to get some publicity or a career boost?

I think that the core things they share are true - children born, who they marry, etc. But in terms of the details of the relationships, conflicts in the family, etc, I think it's made up. Think of it as multimedia performance art. The storylines on their show are made up and play out for drama. They use paparazzi and tabloid coverage to churn up interest in what will happen on the show. And I will honestly say that if this is what they are doing, it is genius. It gets people talking about them, but protects them from gossip. If people talk about how stupid they are, they are not talking about them as people but the "characters" they portray. So it shields them from hateful criticism about their true selves. |

I've seen headlines, and the encouragement here to google for information about the story. But I'll admit that with my celebrity gossip I'm often somewhat lazy - if a story is not laid out in front of me, I don't really form an opinion on it. There are a few celebrities I really like who I'll search out additional information on. But for most, if it's not all over the news feeds I read easily, I don't go searching. |

I see what you're saying about it looking like they put business ahead of family. However, look at how closely they've stuck together all these years. There are a lot of families who do reality TV and the egos allow them to fall apart. The Kardashians don't appear to tolerate each other for money - they appear to have a genuine bond. Unless they are incredible actors, they're doing something right to make it work.
