I Need a Dance Partner - Castaways drop their buffs and switch things up; an eliminated castaway has to face people who were blindsided.
Enjoy the show...

Wendy thinks it was funny to hide the flint - the others aren't laughing.

I don't like when they go through someone else's stuff. That beach is ridiculously pretty.

I don't like when they go through someone else's stuff. I agree. It's such a violation. I know it would be hard to enforce a rule, and the producers wouldn't want to curtail the drama, but I wish they couldn't do that.

Oh Wendy. I think releasing the chickens is going to come back and haunt her. Plus they will probably just catch them again

I didn't see the rooster - did they eat it? A couple hens on their own probably won't do well. Wendy was stupid to do that.

Oh wow. That was really smart of Joe to make himself a human ladder so everyone could get up that slope.

Wow this challenge looks painful with the ramps being so slippery. My poor body would be completely covered in bruises afterward

Poor Lesu. But it serves them right for voting out Chris! They probably would've had a lot more time on that puzzle if he was there instead of say... Wentworth.

So it looks like it's between Lauren and Rick tonight, and "wardog" is the swing vote. Bummer. I would much rather "wardog" or Wentworth went home.

This tribe isn't terribly smart.
Rick's out, and heads off to Wherever Island to join the other miserable people.

Aww, Rick is gone. Hopefully Lauren starts eating now so it's not a waste. I would be pissed off if I was Rick and she ended up quitting.
While this tribal was sweet and a little touching, they all need a reminder that this is a competition and those "family" members are out to get them, even if they say they're not.

Are they showing us the exiles? I volunteer at the animal shelter Wednesday nights and don’t get home until halfway through.

Are they showing us the exiles? I volunteer at the animal shelter Wednesday nights and don’t get home until halfway through. They showed a little bit, but not much. Chris got the cold shoulder from Reem and Keith at first, but then he caught some fish and they liked him again. It seems like Extinction Island is a bit boring, but not stressful. They just do the survival stuff without the dramatics.

Who will be the first person to not choose to go to EI? Everyone should at least take a look. For all you know, you could be the only person who took the offer, and you'll get back in the game by default.

I was glad it wasn't David, but I'm still disappointed they voted off Rick. David looked shocked, and is realizing he's now on the bottom and is at risk.
Wendy letting the chickens go was terrible! How are they supposed to survive out there, when they've probably been cared for their whole lives? Watch, a raccoon or fox or something will probably get them --if they have such animals out there...I have no idea!. Anyway, seems like they're just prey now. Good going, Wendy, they could be in for a horrific end to their lives thanks to you.
Wentworth's facial expressions are annoying me: she's always making such cynical faces. I wish they'd have voted her off.
Edge of Extinction island looks horribly cold and harsh. Yuck!

Overall a weird episode on many fronts. The fact the tribe swap resulted in the absolute minimum amount of change possible was crazy!! But it eliminated some of the story line that would have popped about other alliances. That's probably part of the reason they spent 2 segments out on EoE. There wasn't much to show besides Wendy spilling the beans.
Then you throw in no idols or advantage being found or played. And the tribal being so nice and gentle...
Just was a relatively calm episode minus Wendy really.
Not a bad episode, just a bit underwhelming.

Joe is a total comp beast, he really is. Wendy, stupid girl. How I hope you are hungry in a few days, and the funny thing is, the chickens stayed around the camp I quite liked Rick, but I can't seem to muster much support for warthog wardog though.. How many times, has David said, I want Kelly to go, but now is not the right time? four? Times up David!! I don't like them rifling through Joes bag, either! Two hours next week..

I didn't see the rooster - did they eat it? A couple hens on their own probably won't do well. Wendy was stupid to do that. Everyone says the rooster is useless since he will not lay eggs. The rooster is what keeps the hens near.. they follow the rooster.. most don't think of that. As much as I am not one for killing them at all, i think it is worse to let them go free in a habitat not native to them, they will be killed one way or another. Again, why I dont think this is something that needs to be a part of the show at all.

And in the Joe is indeed a beast. Hope he can win the whole thing. Sounds like a great guy and matured a bit
Reem and Chris hope they get their revenge. I for one like Reem.
And really Wendy needs to go and fast. As her second tribe she is on has caught onto her. She has no morals and values to a hungry tribe.
Rick was beginning to warm up to me. And really however was not surprised she and Chris did not welcome him to Extinction.

I liked Rick's spiel at TC - "this could be my final broadcast", or however he phrased it. Prophetic!
Bet the producers hadn't anticipated that everyone who landed at EOE would be from the same original tribe!
Has Wendy ever watched Survivor? You don't let your competition bleed you dry of intel. (By the way, at least 3 days later and no eggs yet... Take the comfort items, idiots!)
In a recent Dalton Ross interview of Jeff, Jeff explained the rules of hidden immunity idols that are found by others, by accident or intention. The question was raised after whoever (Lauren?) buried an idol on the beach (where potentially it could be exposed by tidal action). Once found, it is yours. If someone else comes across it, it still belongs to you and can't be played by someone else. But that information could be used for advantage. So apparently going through other people's stuff is not against the rules, taking any idol you might find would be, but I wonder if taking anything else would be also.

Nope I didn't like this episode either. The results of the tribe swap were a real bummer because basically everything pretty much stayed the same. Rick going out this early really shocked me i thought he had potential to win the whole thing.
Wendy i find extremely annoying at this point, releasing the chickens and hiding the flint... my problem with her is that she isn't playing to win, and while some may find her entertaining , I myself was more entertained from the little we saw of Reem than what we've gotten from Wendy, I really hope she goes next

At this point I find myself rooting for Aubry or Lauren to win because I barely know half of the cast. Four episodes in and Julia has yet to get a single confessional man this season is terrible

I was immensely disappointed about the division of tribes. It seems like everytime the tribes go through a second division, there's really not a good mix so it's pretty much business as usual. What a waste of time! It would be nice if the division could've been more like if tribes could be lined up alternately then count off in threes the mix would be better a better new team dynamic, you think?
Yeah, I'm kinda over the whole chickens thing. The chicken who party crashed that guy's confessional should have been scooped up right then and there!
I was thinking about how long Survivor has been going on. I just recently found out that my 29 year old son (who teased me about my Survivor obsession when he was little) is going to have a baby soon. Will this little baby grow up watching Survivor with his MamaTwo and maybe get old enough to want to play? That would be neato! I should pose this question to Jeff!

I would like it if the tribes arrived at a challenge that had 3 different parts to it and Jeff said, "I need 3 people from each tribe for each part of the challenge" and once the tribes decided whom would do which part he then said, "Drop your buffs- these are your new tribes!" Then each tribe would have the same number of old tribe members on the new teams. Of course each tribe would have to have the same amount of people to start in order for it to work, but it would be something different at least...

I wish Wendy had ended up on a tribe that didn't have the chickens.
Also, it sucks that one tribe won the chickens and then basically had their reward taken away from them because of the tribe switch.
