I like this show when I see it, but have made zero effort to actually watch it. Not sure why. I just do not feel compelled to record it. I think it may be because the daughters are such vapid blahs. I really like Kim and Kroy scenes but when they are zeroed in on the kids I cringe a little they are so uninteresting.

Kroy said the other day he's been out of the NFL since 2015. I hadn't realized it was that long.
They still are living high on the hog. I worry for the family. So many ex professional athletes end up broke.
They need to realize that Kroy is probably not going to play professionally again and his income in his next career will be very small compared to what he once made. They need to start living simply now so that they will have enough to last for the rest of their lives.

Brielle and Ariana get paid to appear, not sure about the 4 younger kids. They are getting paid for having products in the show, as well. If you see a label on something like the water they drink, most likely it is a sponsorship. I do believe that Kroy may have invested in some businesses when he was in the NFL, but yes, they are living it up. Look at the entourage they took to Florida. |

They also get paid for advertising things on social media. That's how Brielle makes most of her money. And how she can afford an apartment she doesn't sleep in  |

Kim mentioned on WWHL that Kroy is her manager so he gets a percentage from that. Not sure if he manages the kids.

It all depends really. A guy a street over from me played 2 years in the NBA, 3 years in Italy like 20 years ago and hasn't had to work since. I know a local guy who made major major bank in the NFL, and had pretty much lost almost everything in 5 years because his extended family were such vampires. Several of them actually had the audacity to sue him after he had bought them houses and given them money because they were trying to suck the last dime he had out of his pockets and he was no longer able to support them the way he allegedly promised he would and they could no longer afford the houses he gave them without him paying for all their expenses.

I watch this season a few weeks ago. I enjoyed it more than some other seasons of the show.
Kroy was really making a stretch trying to go into the coffee business just to have a job. Glad that didn't pan out.
They still put so much makeup on Kroy in the confessionals.
Ariana has really grown up. She is apparently on her second bf since the one that was on this season.
Did Brielle ever officially move out?

I must have watched some very old episodes. The RV road trip. This family is a bunch wonky, but entertaining. They care about one another and the older kids interact well with the little ones, nice to see. The older girls’ over-filled lips are a little scary but they’re both cute, though sex pots to the max.
Wow, they spend a whopping load of money! I suppose Kroy and Kim each get nearly a million per season, and the others probably a few hundred thousand each, but spending is huge. I hope they’re saving some of it. Kim doesn’t seem particularly smart but Kroy seems grounded and intelligent. This is a real family, and it comes across as people who hang together well.
