It was a 5.0 Prelim in the same location as yesterday's 6.4. Now the report ups it to 6.9. No wonder it lasted longer than yesterday's quake.
Okay - two quakes...the 5.0 magnitude happened at 8:16 and not widely felt. The "big" quake began at 8:19PM (6.9 magnitude) and is the one the houseguests felt and the one I felt.

BB needs to install an emergency mechanism on the door so that even if they're in lock down mode, they can still get out in the event of a potential emergency. BB rules could be revised where it's an automatic eviction with no stipend for anyone who violates the rules and opens the doors to peak outside when there's no potential harm.

Best place to be is inside under a sturdy table away from things that can fall on your head. There are backdoors through the Diary Room and the front door into the audience section if they are needed.

The DR is locked as well. They have to be buzzed in to get inside. It would be really easy to monitor an emergency exit. All they'd have to do is rig it to an loud siren that goes off in case of a breach of access. That way, if they're in lock down throughout the night and everyone's asleep and some curious HG decides to sneak a peek outside --- CAUGHT! Automatic eviction. No stipend for you.  |

I hope Jack goes home next week. I hate watching some of these people grovel to him. Ovi just left the HOH room. He was standing there, awkwardly trying to converse with Jack. Jack was doing little to make him feel welcome. Ovi was groveling for any crumb of appreciation that Jack was willing to toss his way. UGGH!
I want Jack gone so bad. I think even Jackson might cool his jets a little if his idol was out of the house.

No one is going to get rid of Jack next week knowing that he will still be in the house and have a chance to get back in. Unfortunately he's there for a bit.

I don't watch the feeds as much as some of you, but the first girl I heard mention it was Jess. It might have already been a thing and she may have just been reiterating the plan, but Jess is the first one I heard mention it. |

Reports from USGS said 7.1, yikes, I have a friend working in Kern County on the Isabella Dam... getting a bit worried for people out there 
I am not watching feeds so I don't know how bad it is in LA, I am sure we will see this all on the next show however.

It was initially a 7.1...downgraded to 6.9 then back up to 7.1 This was being filmed in Studio City at the time of the earthquake...where the BB house is located. |

Yeah in the pool yesterday Christie was talking about a past comp they did and David said something like yeah that was crazy. Then Tommy and Christie asked if he had seen tapes. He said no. Tommy said just tell us if you did why lie. Whether he did or didn't watch tapes, they get so worked up about David. Even Cliff is on the bandwagon. He repeats everything he sees or hears about David to bootleg Level 6. I am very disappointed in Cliff. I thought he would be smarter and see who and what the Gr8tful are up too. But he is the one who is ratting out the other side to them. |

I have been watching the feeds while catching up on what i missed while asleep. About an hour ago when I turned on the feeds Jackson was having a very long shower. At times it looked like he might be crying. After the shower he ate a huge bowl of watermelon. He has been cleaning up around the house. Set the timer on the coffee pot. Jack came down and chatted to him for a few minutes I think about the VETO comp tomorrow. Jack when back up to HOH room and got into bed. There is another guy sleeping in the bed with him. I can make out who it is. I think it is either Tommy. Jack has finally gone to bed in the target room.

If one of the HG's slated for Whacktivity is already evicted, do just the 4 remaining compete? Or, will the voted out evictee still play?
Maybe, BB will let us vote on letting a substitute (David) play instead?
