LOVE! Holey Moley! It is hilarious as you post. Getting ready to watch tonight, but already I know Anthony Anderson won't add anything to the commentary. They already have the clown and the straight man. ETA: I take back my comment about Anthony Anderson. He goofed off on one hole only so having two clowns wasn't too awful.

linkwww.monstersandcritics.com/smallscreen/when-was-holey-moley-filmed-and-where-everything-you-need-to-know-about-steph-currys-putt-putt-golf-show/Filming of the 10 episodes of Holey Moley took place in early April 2019 in front of a live audience. The filming took place from April 3 to April 11. It has always been shown as being cold during filming so I went looking and it was filmed NE of Los Angeles in Santa Clarita in Canyon Country in mid April. Yes, we did have cold weather in SoCal in April this year and yes, it gets very windy in canyon country. Where was the show filmed? Holey Moley was filed at Sable Ranch in Canyon County, Santa Clarity, California. The miniature golf course was built by The ATS Team, which also built the obstacle course for American Ninja Warrior. Holey Moley, Golden State Warriors’ Stephen “Steph” Curry’s mini-golf sports reality series, which premiered on ABC on Thursday, June 20, features 12 mini-golfers competing on a miniature golf course that features various fun obstacles and challenges. In the 10-episodes of the inaugural season of the putt-putt tournament, mini-golfers compete in head-to-head first-round matchups to qualify for round two Only three contestants qualify for the third and final round on the Mt. Holey Moley hole where they compete to win The Golden Putter trophy, a Holey Moley jacket, and $25,000 grand prize. The show, created by Chris Culvenor and produced by Eureka Productions and Unanimous Media, is distributed by Disney-ABC Domestic TV. Holey Moley is executive produced by Curry and Culvenor, alongside Paul Franklin, Wesley Dening, and Jeron Smith. The show stars Stephen Curry (resident golf pro), comedian Rob Riggle (color commentary), ESPN and ABC’s Joe Tessitore (play-by-play commentary), and TV personality Jeannie Mai (sideline correspondent)

I like the show itself but find the two commentators annoying and completely unfunny. They're trying too hard to be funny but they're just not. I'd rather have them shut up so I can enjoy the show.
I'm not very good at miniature golf since I haven't played it much. I would totally suck on that course!!

For some reason they quirk my funny bone and all the silly stuff adds to my enjoyment of the show. Remember this is EXTREME Mini Golf specifically so those who are good at the game have just as good a chance as anyone else to fail.

I find their off-the-cuff stuff to be much funnier than the obvious scripted lines.
I do wish they'd show more of the actual gameplay than rushing through so many segments. IMO it would be better to start with 6 contestants than 12. Then we'd see more of the mini golf and not have to listen to as many stupid scripted lines.
We sort of enjoy the show, but it'll never be must-see TV. Pretty soon I'll be fast-forwarding through non -mini golf, like I do for the stupid scripted lines on Match Game. Both shows need new writers.
