Cliff winning would at least make sense, since he's playing a classic soft BB game while all the millennials are freaking out around him.
If Nicole won somehow, it would be because she has secret powers like Damien/The Omen that she didn't use till the final HOH.

Jackson has been talking to Holly about his Zing. How he is worried about what people think of him.

He's not stable. He never should have been cast, which is why I can't get into this season. It was doomed before it started.

Jackson has been more tolerable since Jack left, but that isn’t saying much. He feels that he will do poorly in the mental comps, and he’s right. Jess has been doing better in those comps, but I think Tommy might as well.
Earlier today Jackson said he probably won his last comp today, but he said that because (for some reason) he thinks physical challenges are mostly over with. But hey, if he gets psyched out by it, then good.
The only person I am half heartedly rooting for is Cliff, but that is because he is a nice person, not because he deserves to win this. I really have no clue how this will end this season!

Well dang, it looks like I was wrong about Tommy, he is going to save Christie. Nick asked him for a save vote, and Tommy said only if Nick talks Jackson into using the veto on Christie, then Tommy would give Nick a save vote. Looks like Nick is going home......

Tommy should know that if Christie is saved, HE may get put up in her place. He is never worried, it's as if he has immunity.

The ones who are playing the game to win are arrogant blowhards and I detest them. Nicole is as sweet as can be but what is she doing? Cliff is my choice but only because he's nice, he's the token old guy and he has shown some willingness to make moves. Some. What does it say that this late in the game my favorite is David?

Now that we're going into September, I'm finding this season much more palatable then last season was at this time. Once Brett was evicted last season, watching live feeds was a total snooze fest. Brett breathed life into the show with his "Anal Lice" comp answer and his Granny sweater-wearing goofy antics. He made me laugh, and in the absence of strategic moves, I'll take laughter.
The thing I don't like about this season's Cliff is the same thing a lot of the Cliff-O-Maniacs seem to like: He's low-key, old school BB. That bores me.
As a millennial, my mind runs a million MPH and I need a lot of stimulus to keep me interested. Not CHRISTIE's style of stimulus, mind you, but something in between. Like Brett, from BB 20.
I gotta say, I'm oddly amused by this newly formed, pie smashing friendship war that Jackson and Nicole have with one another. They're both truly having fun, and I love that the "fun" is natural, and not being forced ala BB nudging them on.
I'm torn between who I'd like to see go home this week. On the one hand, I love the dynamic between Nick and Tommy, which will end once Nick walks out the door. On the other hand, if Christie leaves, so does Tommy's meat shield and so keeping Christie might be good for Tommy's game...and I grudgingly typed that through clenched teeth because I despise Christie for making this season 'The Christie Show.' Seems like the camera's always on her.
I want to see genuine - not BB forced - humor and I want to see crafty, strategic game moves.
People are theorizing that BB's going for a Holly vs Jackson final two or a Tommy vs Christie final two. I feel like BB's going for a Jackson vs Christie final two. And if it does come down to that, I'm rooting for Jackson -- who I loathed earlier in the season, but who at least has evolved and made an effort to change his image, whereas Christie's still living in denial, even after that Field Trip fiasco. She thinks the viewers and the universe are eagerly anticipating her every word.

Last night Nick told Tommy that he is the prankster but it’s supposed to be a secret. Tommy told him, if you had told me BEFORE you chose Christie I would have explained it was a bad move. To secure votes to stay, Tommy told him Jess would have been the best person to put up. He said they could have gotten the votes for Nick to stay. Nick told him he was sorry he didn’t trust Tommy earlier.
Just before his discussion with Tommy, Nick did go up to talk to Jackson, hoping to convince him to use the veto on Christie. Jackson “acted” like he was listening but remained noncommittal. The best he could say to Nick was I will talk to Holly.
I am checking in to see what happened after that. Maybe it is in the new discussion thread.

I'd like to think it's natural fun, not being forced, and I hope they have some sort of a real friendship....but I'm a bit skeptical. We know from comments Jackson has made that he's been coached by DR (or whoever) as to how he's been perceived and to tone down certain behaviors. I think it's probably all part of trying to appear a certain way to the viewing audience.
