Singing voice sounds to me like Seal, but I like one guess I saw that was Billy Porter.

Seal was in foster care, born in 1963, apparently has a song named Color...but those may be just confirmation bias for me at this point lol

With the "lived life in color" clue, I would think maybe it's someone who was on "In Living Color" back in the day. I think that was why one of the judges thought it was Jamie Foxx, but he's only 5'9", so it can't be him.

I keep thinking LaVerne Cox or Rue Paul. No idea why as I don't think any of the clues point to them. Could be Jamie Fox in lifts. Or, sticking with the In Living Color route, could be Jim Carrey or 1 of the Wayans brothers/

I just don't hear it. Leopard has a raspiness that Ru doesn't have.
