I was up at midnight to watch the next batch of episodes and am so annoyed that the weddings episode isn't until next week!  The Sunday after that, on the 16th IIRC, will be a live reunion show. So Jackie sucks. WTH is wrong with her? She goes behind Marshall's back to get with Josh and, like Marshall said, can't even bother to text him? She's trash and he deserves far better. I'll put this in spoiler tags, although maybe it doesn't need to be.... That article I linked to upthread seems to be correct (so far, anyway) about which couple stay together and which don't. Someone checked public records and found out which couples received a marriage application and also which ones got their marriage certificate. The remaining couples all received the application, but maybe not all got their certificate, which means they didn't get married (trying to avoid spoiling it - it's upthread if you want to know).
For anyone who's into podcasts, Natalie and Deepti (s2) have a podcast called Out of the Pods. They've done an episode for each batch of episodes this season. Not only are they talking about the episodes, but they're also giving inside tea, both about their own season, but others as well.
One of the things they said on an episode of the podcast is that, after speaking to someone on another season, there was a participant on their season who got an extremely favorable edit and ended up looking very good.....but they actually weren't a very nice person. Also, they both said that Jessica (s1) got a raw deal and is a really sweet person. That came from meeting her AND from other people, including members of production.
I'll be totally shocked if Kwame says "no." They seem pretty solid and I think much of the drama we see is editing. Not that they aren't having arguments and issues, but I don't think they're as serious as the editing/music makes it seem. Maybe his mom isn't on board, but I LOVE his sister! She had me in tears. I love how she's totally embraced Chelsea.
Bliss should give her father a talking to. What a jerk! It's just like with families on the Bach franchise - why act like such an ass and embarrass your ADULT children like that? I hope if Zack and Bliss make it, her father gives them both a huge apology.
One thing's for sure, the couples in previous seasons should be SUPER jealous about these weddings! The venues are beautiful! SO much better than those sad municipal-looking buildings with Covid-spaced chairs. These weddings actually look like weddings! So far, I like all of the wedding dresses. I think it was last season where they all tried on dresses, but then showed up at the altar in totally different dresses. Hopefully, they stick with the ones they picked. They were all beautiful.

Bliss had a lot of courage. I hope he is a good guy. He seems thoughtful and upfront.
Marshall deserved better. I hope he finds the one.
FIRST YEAR BEING HARD If he is not really in it, she would be better off without him. Is he afraid she will morph in to someone else physically or personality or character wise? I am not sure. I hope both get what they want: a friend, a life partner, peace, joy.
Micah is an airhead and jealous or everyone. She will always think the grass is greener. Paul will wise up, or Micah will say no because she fears his wising up.

Totally agree with these comments. IMHO, and others may disagree, but Jackie is a thug and Josh is her other half. Marshall is a catch and I hope he finds the one for him. She is out there. he is definitely man enough. Plus kind, considerate, attractive and intelligent. Jackie spoke to him like a "bro", which she called him several times. Should he call her a project? No, but his intention was to build her confidence, make he know she is worthy, that she could be an equal partner in a relationship instead of just the piece of the week for some guy who would use her. Which is apparently what she wants. Josh could fit that bill. Marshall is another one that I would love to get get a second chance. Maybe MAFS? Anyway, Kwame will say yes. I think Paul will say no, Brett and Tiff are perfect for each other. Bliss and Zach? yes. Oh, let's put Irina on MAFS too. I would love to watch that trainwreck but already feel sorry for the guy. Cannot stand her.

ITA with most of your most, var1117 , although I don't ever want to see Irina on TV ever again. She's horrible. I don't even want her on the Bach, much less MAFS, where some poor, unsuspecting guy would miss out on an actual lasting marriage AND then have to divorce her. It seems totally appropriate that Cameron and Brett met up. Brett is season 4's Cameron, after all.
Kinetic Content makes both this show and MAFS. They did a second chances series for a few people on MAFS, and I think there are now a few people from LiB who deserve a second chance. Marshall is definitely one of them.

Jackie insisting on keeping the ring was just horrible - what a witch. She only said one thing that was true that whole day, and that was she needs to work on herself. She's terrible. Why even go on this show if you have so much stress in your life? She admitted that she felt loved for the first time in the pods, by Marshall, but she obviously didn't know how to handle that in real life, and ended up turning on him, blaming him for everything. I thought he did all he could to be supportive and loving to her, but she wigged out constantly. Of course she's now attracted to the disaster that is Josh (what's with his ears?), who was SO drunk and obnoxious at that party. That's more her comfort level, I guess: someone who is as messy as she is, not someone who is stable and caring/kind, mature like Marshall. Now that you say it, Critical his looks are similar to Justin's and I can now see the resemblance! Crazy isn't it, how links turn up in these shows. I'd love for Marshall to get another shot at love too, somehow. The drinkware is really annoying me, for some reason. They HAVE to use the same drinkware everywhere they go? It's stupid. And distracting. If they were trying to be cool or trendy about it, overusing these glasses has completely turned me off from ever liking or wanting to get them. I know everyone loves Chelsea, and I don't dislike her, but there are a lot of times that she is just too much. Kind of snotty, kind of rude, too direct when I just wish she'd be a little softer or gentler. Let loose and lighten up! Kwame still hasn't convinced me that he's all into her as he seemed to be with Micah. He chose the right person, because Micah would be a disaster for him and at least Chelsea is all in on their marriage, but I don't believe that he's over Micah yet. And Micah? She's trying hard to convince everyone, but she seems SO fake to me. Young, immature, giggly silly about always missing him when he's in the other room. Poor guy - it's his first real love and it's like high school. Of course it seems fun to him, he's such a cerebral type of person that this is very different for him. I just haven't seen enough to convince me it's real on her part. Her friend is awful, kind of creepy and possessive, also immature, and their drinking didn't seem to help. If they have everyone drinking out of clear glasses, it'd be super obvious when they edit a scene and scramble up the timeline, so-to-speak. It's likely that with .many of the events, especially at a big party like Chelsea's birthday party, what we saw was not chronological. I'm sure they edited conversations to create whatever narrative they want. If the level of the drinks in various glasses kept going up and down, everyone would notice AND call out the editing.
I don't love Chelsea. I think she and Kwame are a good match, but sometimes she's a bit much. Sometimes, she's too loud and other times, when she makes comments to Kwame, she can get a bit rude. I try to tell myself that these shows are edited to make people look a certain way, but she still isn't coming off great in some situations. There was that moment when she said something like, "Do you want to get married?" and it came off kind of snotty. I think she's very lucky that he's so good-natured.
Marshall definitely dodged a bullet. He can do so much better and deserved so much better. Sometimes, after someone is on one of these dating shows, they end up meeting their person. I hope that happens for him. He's a great catch. Total sweetheart.

Well, the spoilers were right! Three married couples this season and one, Micah and Paul, who didn't go through with it.
What a sweetheart Marshall is to come to Tiffany and Brett's wedding, to support his friend. Someone cast him as the lead on a dating show!
Now we just have to wait until the live reunion show to see if they're all still married! I'd be the most surprised if Tiffany and Brett weren't together. They were kind of this season's golden couple. There's a lot of speculation online and various people tracking who's following whom on their social media accounts, but none of that means anything.
That wedding venue was absolutely stunning! The rain made it even prettier. Plus, aside from, you know, Micah and Paul, rain on a wedding day is supposed to be good luck! Although maybe it was still good luck for Paul. I did read something online from someone who saw Micah and Paul together in Scottsdale at the pool of an apartment complex/hotel (can't remember which). They were apparently, all over each other, but then Micah said something about how it was only for the show....but this was long after filming had wrapped. Weird. I guess (maybe) we'll see what their relationship status is on Sunday.
I've read a rumor or two online about Kwame cheating on Chelsea, but since we don't actually know if they're still together, I'm going to reserve judgment. IMO, they're the couple least likely to stay together long term and it wouldn't surprise me if he cheated. Those interactions with Micah in Mexico were just way too friendly.

Happy about all three of the weddings, was definitely surprised that Kwame said yes, he certainly didn't seem excited about it beforehand. Hope it works out for all of them. Best part was the Marshall/Brett bromance. Love it. I will say I thought it was pretty strategic for Micah to have Paul go first, in my opinion she wanted to be looked at as the victim. I could see right through that whole mess. Plus her awful friend just smiling and laughing. She needs new friends. I hope Paul finds someone who is more mature and fits more in line with his lifestyle. Cannot wait for the live reunion on Sunday.

wondering if Paul was going to say yes if she had said yes and not pulled that little stunt. She seemed more mature once she got away from Irina, but that friend of hers she already had is a piece of work.
So happy for Bliss and Zack!!! I am so glad that she forgave his mistake.
I am also happy for Tiffany and Brett, there was no question in my mind about how that wedding day would turn out. But I have the real warm and fuzzies about Zack getting another chance with Bliss after the disaster with Irina

I agree with these takes! Kwame is the least committed appearing, but we'll see what happens, I guess. She looked very apprehensive with him after the wedding, always looking at him beseechingly, wanting validation. He said all the right words, but I am still not buying it all.
Tiffany looked gorgeous as a bride! Wow. I love how much those two just support each other and seem so at ease. I don't remember any sniping or harshness with each other, which is awesome. He's got it in him though, apparently, as we saw with the pants and his brother, lol.
Bliss and Zack seem well-matched too, so I hope they can make it.
Paul made the right choice, even though it was hard for him. He knew deep down she was not ready, so I hope he can find someone who appreciates him and IS ready.
Can't wait for the live reunion tomorrow!

Yes. Kwame being so wrapped up in Micah at the pool party showed that he is lacking a "husband material" element.
For Chelsie's sake I was hoping that he would be the one. She has been so calm, committed and loving. Her family
looks like a bunch of darlings.
I cannot feel sorry for Micah. She had no consideration for Chelsie or Paul with all her blathering. Paul was right
to say no.
I wonder how it has gone. I am looking forward to the reunion show tonight too.

Micah's friend is just THE.WORST. ...she was practically glowing with glee as her friend gets turned down at the alter. What a horrible person. I'm so happy for Tiffany and Brett. It felt like a real wedding ...not that the others who said yes aren't, but it felt like they had been in love for years and were finally getting to show the world how much they loved each other. She was absolutely stunning! I couldn't help but feel sad for Marshall as he teared up but also glad for him that he dodged that bullet! Kwame looked less than thrilled  I couldn't believe he said yes. |

So some people apparently got in, because I'm reading updates online, but I still can't get it to load.
Seems they're still having issues. (Netflix, that is. Also, some of the couples, lol)
And just a bit ago, Netflix sent a tweet out apologizing that some couldn't get in, and are recording it so it can be uploaded as soon as humanly possible.
Oh, AND Jackie still kept the ring.

I'm glad I didn't try to watch it live  Even without the "live" issues I thought it was a weird reunion. Or was that just me? Things seemed all over the place. Nick said he wanted to say hello to Paul, Marshall and Micah. But he went from saying hi to Paul then directing the conversation to Bliss and Zack. The questions seemed out of order and basically a clusterf**k. I haven't kept up on social media or read any spoilers so I was surprised to see that Jackie and Josh were still together. But not surprised they didn't show. I can understand why Marshall feels slighted ...not because she's with Josh but because she still hasn't faced him...not at the alter and not at the reunion. AND she's talked a lot of smack on him. He was the bigger person is asking that this please me dropped and they move on. Irina and her excuses  No one was buying it. She has a lot of soul searching to do. Kwame and Chelsea seem very happy. It sounds like some of their actual journey wasn't portrayed correctly by production. I suppose they wanted to keep the focus on the "love triangle" and not on how little Micah actually meant to Kwame. Which is annoying. I'd much rather see the love story. What a beautiful apartment they have! Anyone else think that Zack looks a little like Ben Affleck with that beard! It looks good on him! Bliss is an amazing woman. I'm so glad they overcame the Irina situation and found their love. Did anyone see what he posted on instagram about his mom? He called it his "receipts" on the show. His story is heartbreaking. It makes sense that he didn't think he deserved the love from Bliss and instead went for the unstable Irina. Tiffany and Brett are on another level imo. These two are a Love is Blind poster couple. I adore them.  |

What a debacle with Netflix. Huge fail on their part. I was pretty disappointed with the reunion. I never minded Nick and Vanessa as hosts until this season. I felt the people that needed to be called out for their behavior (Micah and Jackie) didn't get called out. I thought Vanessa was too over the top with some of the questions. I thought they were directed to the wrong people. Jackie and Micah deserved more hard hitting questions. I didn't think there was enough of Brett and Tiffany. I guess I'm not surprised that Jackie and Josh didn't show. I didn't like that Paul and Marshall seemed to be put on the hot seat when it should have been other people. I do like that Zack used his lawyer skills to call out Irina and Micah. Micah was playing the victim far too much and she needed to be called out. I am happy that all the couples that did get married are still together and seem happy. I hope Marshall and Paul find someone special.

Totally agree on Vanessa's questions! For some reason it really bothered me that she kept reminding Marshall that she was only giving him the bullet points on what Jackie had said in the interview because he couldn't remember. Um, no. That is actually what her job SHOULD have been. That was a LOT for him to digest and remember and it's up to the interview to ask the questions. She did seem partial to the women. AND like Brett pointed out WAAAAAYYYY too involved with them all having babies. She needs to chill. |

I just kept the waiting screen on until it finally started. At first it was just a "it's coming soon, folks" kind of message and then it was the one about problems with the livestream. I wondered if it was loading for people who were just trying to get in (while I was waiting), but I didn't want to back out and try again, in case I got the error message posted above. Instead, I checked on my phone. It seems like it didn't get going for around 90 minutes, although I saw some articles say 45 minutes. I thought sure it started around 6:30, which is ridiculous. As if Netflix wasn't getting enough bad press, right? How could they not have expected this kind of demand? I saw SO many articles about the show these past few weeks. This tweet during that long wait had me  Overall, it was pretty satisfying, although it seems pretty clear that Jackie and Josh stayed away because they knew they'd be read the riot act AND they probably didn't want to come face-to-face with Marshall. She claims she's changed, but I don't see it.
I was surprised at how bad of an edit Kwame and Chelsea seem to have gotten on the show. They clearly focused the edit on the issues with his mom and him moving from Portland. Funny that Brett and Tiffany also seem to have had the Portland/Seattle issue, but nothing was ever mentioned about it.
I'm not sure how I feel about Zach's beard. I think it makes him look kind of non-descript. It's like he's wearing a disguise. They look happy though and that's a good thing. If she likes the beard, then party on.
All the stuff with Paul, Micah and Irina was SO uncomfortable and I really didn't care about any of it.
I was listening to Natalie and Deepti's podcast this morning and one of them said they want Marshall matched with Ayanna from season 2. I would LOVE that pairing! They're both sweethearts and they would make a really cute couple.

MAFS Fan on Insta put up a poll in her stories asking if Marshall should be matched with Jasmine from this season of MAFS. I don't see it. I still think he'd be a super cute couple with Iyanna (it's spelled with an I - I misspelled it in my last post).

Totally agree with him. I think he was trying to be diplomatic about it because, yeah, he's not the only one who doesn't see Micah as a maternal person. I mean, maybe she is, but I sure didn't see it and if he didn't either, that means it wasn't just editing. It felt like he was trying to not be blunt about it so he didn't hurt Micah's feelings and Vanessa just wouldn't let it go. It seems like she's generally on the side of the ladies, even when it's not merited.

Irina--inconsiderate, fame mongerer; I am glad they explained it.
She said Zack was unattractive and cartoonish when the unattractive, cartoonish person was Irina.
I am glad that Irina didn't mess it up for Zack and Bliss. Whatever pain she caused bliss, I hope that it gets totally erased.
Micah--another reality opportunist. She and Irina were going to descend upon that pool party to cause havock. She was playing dumb Kwame, because she knew could.
I hope Chelsea and Kwame make it, or Chelsea gets the children or whatever she wants from the relationship. She has been sincere. Her family has been great. Kwame's sister was great. I do believe Kwame had a good intention. He is lucky he did not end up in the Irina, Micah rubble.
Paul--he was right. Micah is not considerate chasing after Kwame and looking for fame. Young people need to assess whether people make good parent material. You want your children to have the best experience. Micah could be a mother just as any woman could, but Micah is lacking in empathy.
Congratulations to all the couples! It takes a lot of courage for these women as it does for any women. Here's to much happiness for the couples, Marshall and Paul.

The reunion was far from the chaos expected. I will always be team Marshall. Jackeline is a thug. Street thug. He deserves better. "me and Josh", it's Josh and I, idiot. I got tired of hearing all of them talk about the fact that we see a sliver of what happens. We know that. Enough with the over the top drama, show us the truth. it really is just as interesting. I think Kwame moving to Seattle was a win for him, that apt is beautiful. Likely pretty expensive, but damn that view. Irina is a liar. She is what we saw in the pods. No better. Micah might make a good mother some day, but that day is a long time away. She is just like her friends. Can I just say that the blonde, the hater, had really ugly hair. It would be one thing if she was put together, polished and sophisticated. She was none of those things. Mean girls, all of them. I'm rooting for Brett and Tiffany, and Zach and Bliss to go the distance. Kwame and Chelsea? nope.Just my 2 cents. Oh, Vanessa's dress was ridiculous. Ok, I'm done ranting for a minute.

I just read that a new season of Perfect match will happen, and will include people fro the last LIB. i'll just throw out there that it could mean Irina, who I think would do it in a heartbeat. maybe Micah, and even Jackie if she thought it would get her something, although I think she's good with her thug. this is hateful, but Irina is not pretty enough (inside our out)for this show. I know how it sounds. Did you watch the first one? And I think the others would chew her up. I don't think Micah could be away from her besties for that long. Would Paul do it? Another Daddy Nick type? Another round of Bartise? I doubt the mystery baby would stop him. Who from Too hot to handle? I've already forgotten their names but there were some with zero matches so give them a chance. Cannot wait for this trainwreck.

Both Bliss and Tiffany were on Kaitlyn Bristowe's Off the Vine podcast this week. It was a really good episode, if anyone's at all interested.
Bliss talked about all the funny coincidences/connections between her and Zack. It wasn't just the song and the owl. The one I found the craziest was that her college roommate and one of his best friends in college (different schools) are best friends.
I've seen so many people talking about how the "live" reunion wasn't available until Monday, but I watched it on Sunday. It was around 90 minutes, but I was able to watch.
