I feel bad for Clare. I wish she hadn't put all her eggs in one basket. A lot of these people don't come on the show for a relationship and its obvious. And it's not always about trusting the process. Yes me too. I read there were problems around Christmas ( something to do with family)

I read that his family really didn't like her.

This is too bad. I've always liked Clare. It doesn't surprise me though. So very few of these relationships last. Plus, the age difference & children issues were a problem waiting to happen.
I hope they are both able to move on happily with their lives, far far away from this franchise.

I've always liked Clare too and I'm so sad for her. It sounds like Dale is more interested in being famous (and sleeping with other women) than he is in having a relationship with Clare. What's the name of the beardy guy who left the show after Tayshia came on? Maybe Clare should give him a call!

Is he the one who gave her a call right after the announcement?

I've always liked Clare as well and was rooting for her to have her happily ever after. I know she really wants children and the clock is ticking. Of course there are many ways to have a family and children in one's life if you so desire, but Clare was looking for that fairy tale ending. She's dealing with a lot with her mom having Alzheimer's and then not being able to see her for quite a while due to the lockdown in nursing homes b/c of the pandemic. I hope she will stay far away from Fleiss-land and I wish her well.

Tall & good looking & seemed so nice. Yes, I think his name was Jason. Maybe she's just not ready yet to jump back into dating The Bachelorette alumni. I sure wouldn't be.

Yes. Jason was the guy who left. Arielflies, it was Spencer (the guy who got Tayshia's first impression rose) who asked Clare out for coffee when Dale posted the breakup post.

I really feel for Clare, but maybe this will finally help her to change how she looks for a partner. She seems to still be SO taken in by looks and still wants to find a fairy tale. Guess what? That doesn't happen and even when it seems like a fairy tale, it isn't. Reality isn't a fairy tale. There's nothing wrong with wanting a great love, but you have to be smart about it!
I thought Jason was a sweetheart and clearly had feelings for her. I don't know how I'd feel if I were him and Clare contacted me after all that has happened, but at least she can look at him and know that there are good men out there who would be interested in her.
I do bristle at the online comments about how, of course, Dale wouldn't want to live in Sacramento, as if it's freaking Ames, Iowa or something. It's not the largest city in the state, but it's not some backwater either. I can understand that, coming from NYC, it's an adjustment, but I hate the Sac bashing. From the beginning, I questioned the idea that an NYC-based model would want to move to Sac. If he's interested in continuing and building that career, he can't move to California. It would be hard to continue that career in LA, much less anywhere else in the state.
I had a psych professor who liked to say, "Don't confuse love and asthma." I think Clare has issues with telling the difference between love and lust.

I think so too, about Clare confusing love and lust. I also thought she could be a controlling type person.
