The Jonathan Gold Standard - This week the All Stars honor the late, great Pulitzer-Prize winning food critic Jonathan Gold. The chefs create dishes to serve 200 of Jonathan Gold's friends, family and restaurateurs that he loved at the iconic Union Station.
Enjoy the show!

The first restaurant Eric, Kevin, and Co. went to is a Food Network staple. The owner has won a lot of Guy's Grocery Games competitions and her food is known as the "spiciest of the spicy" in all of L.A. I think Anthony Bourdain has eaten there as well on one of his shows. Due to her popularity it's very hard to get a seat at her restaurant these days.
I was very scared for Eric tonight but in all honesty the blonde should have went home. How do you serve an Indian person a horrible version of the food she grew up with? It wasn't just Padma...all of the judges disliked her dish.

So glad Eric was safe too! Ruth was vicious when she said that the salmon 'died in vain' and was a 'twee' dish. Woo boy!

When Jazz walked up to the table, I did jazz hands in her honor. Happy to see celebrity foodies like Jon Favreau at the tasting.

Love seeing the little glimpses of Padma’s face when eating the chef’s food. She gave a bit of a stink face to Stephanie with her “Indian taco.”

I think Angelo also didn't do well the first week either whereas Stephanie did... besides, I like Stephanie LCK was interesting and I was happy with the outcome.
