Digital Marketing Campaign - The five remaining designers are challenged to create a two-look collection and a digital marketing campaign. In addition to a fashion show, the designers will have to act as creative directors in a photo shoot with their models. In an epic and rainy fashion show, some of the designers shine, while others get washed out. Eps 7 and 8 are available to watch now. Enjoy the show!

They're releasing these episodes earlier and earlier. When I checked around 4:30 PT, the episodes were already available.
As soon as I saw Ji's pants on that model, I knew she was going home. They were TERRIBLE. So unflattering. Just bad. At the beginning of the episode, I definitely wouldn't have believed Jonny would win this one. I took one look at that floral tank dress and thought, "Hello, 1998." (2008?) SO dated. Then he talked about putting a denim vest over it and I thought his goose was cooked. More than the coffee and tea dying he did. I think what saved that look was the hem. I did like his other look.
I don't mind Skin Graft as a company name at least in theory, but I agree with the judges that he needs to change it. It particularly doesn't look great with no space - skingraft. Looks like "sking raft."

I was surprised that Jonny won. I thought for sure that it would be Sander, but he wasn't even to two.

I would not have minded a Meghan win. I did not particularly like Jonny's looks they were not that strong. But I guess he won based on the photo campaign.
It was rather obvious that Ji was going home. The one look was bad and the photo they used was awkward. I liked the location, the old tram train compartment. When you have only 5 folks left you cannot make any mistakes.
I thought Heidi acted like a spoiled brat when Tim won that virtual reality game. It was not a nice look for her and in fact made her look much, much less in my eyes. Tim handled it wonderfully.

Yeah, skin graft makes me think of burn victims as well.
I think was saved Johnny and made him the winner was the awesome job his models did on the campaign. I thought that he and Esthar did the best job with that but he had an edge because his models not only looked extremely good in the clothes, they worked together seamlessly.
I knew the minute I saw Ji's pants outfit she was going home. Horrible fitting, plus the models looked disjointed in the ad.

She did, and it was especially not a good look after the way she gloated when she beat Tim at fencing. I've found Heidi unlikable in general on this show.

Yes! I have been uncomfortable with the name of Johnny's company from the beginning. Why would he choose that given the obvious reference? I laughed when Tim compared Johnny's floral dress to Laura Ashley. Oh my gosh, I am old enough to get that reference. I even have a cousin who bears that name, because back in the day my aunt loved those prints. When we were kids I was so jealous because I thought my cousin's name was so elegant compared to my ordinary one.
I was not unhappy that Ji went home. Remember how in the studio she complained about having to design for a plus-sized model? Poor thing, she just didn't know what to do with someone who wasn't size 0. She lost my sympathy after that. I'm pretty sure that's why designed those hideous pants for that poor model. She wanted to spend all her time creating a piece of "real" clothing for the "real" model. Talk about not being able to design out of the box!
And yeah, what is up with Heidi? I am so disappointed because I loved her on PR. I guess having her own show has really gone to her head. Man, I wouldn't have put up with a tantrum from a "friend" of mine like that. I would have let her leave and then asked the attendants if they wanted to play (or a crew member). That game looked like fun.

I remember her saying that, and then she turned it around and said that she designed for all sizes, which really annoyed me. She made that poor model look like she had a gut. I loled at Naomi's "No maam!" when it went down the runway.

I loled at Naomi's "No maam!" when it went down the runway. And Ji emphasized that she designs oversize clothes which of course do not fit plus size models. Oh, yeah that plus size model was HUGE. Really she was probably smaller than normal size. Come on Ji it's not as if you are model size or plus size you are normal as was your plus size model and you can't fit her properly?
