Friday - Fallout from the move to the new villa. Enjoy the show!
I liked the separate villas. It gave everyone a chance to figure out what they want or don't want. I liked a few of the girl and guy newbies. Refreshing.
I don't see chemistry with Moira and Calvin. I really liked his convo with Sher. Mackenzie and Connor turned into a hot mess too quick. Time will tell if its them together or that is who they are with other people too. I like her with Jalen. She just seemed different. I hope she brings him to the villa. Justine has googly eyes for Caleb but I never saw the physical attraction from him. But last night he made it clear he sees something with her so that was nice. Carrington made out with two girls. Didn't show him actually trying to build something. Kierstan needs to move on. She has him on the brain so she couldn't help compare every guy to him. Since Johnny says he is not bringing a girl back, maybe Cely forgives him. He's a charmer so he could fix it.
Ugh, I was so disappointed in Johnny!! I really like him, and love him with Cely. They're so cute together, and yes he's definitely a charmer.
The new girls were not that great, from what we saw. Sher was shown at least having some good conversations, otherwise they focused a lot on Mercades making out/hitting on guys. I was not impressed.
Carrington wasn't one of my favorites to begin with, and now after Casa Amor, he's fallen right down to the bottom of the barrel. He looked so drunk during his confessionals and tripping in the bathroom, and looks out to just get some, doesn't matter who. He's got no personality, rarely smiles, sits there like the girls should feel lucky to be with him. yuck.
I feel bad for Kierstan - who is just gorgeous. I wish she'd get over the player-boy, and give someone else a chance. The new guys seemed nice enough.
Moira is coming off as soooo simple. She's very pretty, but there's not a whole lot going on in her brain, it seems. If there is, she's just so far "out there" that I'm not seeing it. I find it hard to listen to any scenes with her in them.
Mackenzie and Jalen are much easier to watch than her and Connor, for sure. It will be tough, though, to watch that recoupling ceremony with the two of them (no matter what she chooses to do).
During the Raunchy games (whatever they were called!), when Justine got the text and then screamed for a long time instead of reading it, I was yelling at my TV. She was wasting time! I saw it again tonight on the replay, and they included the other game that got cut. Looked like fun.
I watched Sunday's episode today. I get behind a day or two sometimes cause of Big Brother.
During the recoupling: Love Island producers with the Carrington fake out walking down the stairs was one the messiest and most delicious reality tv moments. They did Kierstan dirty. Kierstan giving her woman empowerment speech then being completely broken because Carrington brought another girl. Then saying she regrets nothing then moments later "I'm pissed. Why would he hurt me." Its too easy to rip her since he has told her he was just not that into her but the poor girl has feels and we've all been there. Saying that, she better buck up this next week cause then its just Mackenzie crazy. Cely is so sweet. I love how genieue and happy she is for everyone. Carrington giving that shady look to Johnny when he said to Cely "I thought about you everyday.".
Moira seems like she is exhausting to be around. When she said that maybe it is me, I was screaming YES IT IS YOU. She has had a good selection of men but somehow finds reasons to cry about everything. Poor Aaron tells her "You are such a fun person to be around. Always smiling." then she cries two seconds later. Run Aaron run! First red flag for Mackenzie should have been when Jalen said he was keeping his options open last week. I felt for Mackenzie because all her paranoia about Connor (who was practically an angel) were coming true with Jalen. He is completely trying to get with Kierstan and shunning Mackenzie. I think he is scummy. I feel like he used Mackenzie to stay on the show and now sees an opportunity with another woman. All while having Justin Timberlake's 2000's hairdo. He could never.
Cely/Johnny:So cringy when she was so happy to see him back from the other villa and him awkwardly saying he has stuff to tell her. Johnny blaming everything on Mercades was so typical. He didn't even tell her the full story! I'm glad Cely called him out on it but I wonder if she fact checked everything.
