I was looking forward to that second episode, especially when my two least favorite teams came in first and second.
Why did it take the footballers so long to figure out what they were doing wrong? It didn't appear that they did anything different until that last time despite other teams passing them.
I was happy it was a non-elimination leg.
Will and James are ridiculous. They got mad at Leo and Alanna for helping the blondes, enough so they gave them a u-turn. Yet they were asking for help all over the place, and helping others. Why do they get to be the arbiters of whose allowed to help whom or not?
I also don't understand why you'd continually help those who tend to be at the front of the pack. They will be your best competition if they make it far in the race. It's one thing to help each other on one leg to stay in front, but a whole different thing to print out maps for your biggest competition.

Hey -- where's the second episode?? Yes where is the second show. Here in Canada it came on at 8:00 and the second one was suppose to be on at 10:00. The commercials all week said it was going to be 2 episodes. |

All that glass smashing trying to keep that bottle on there heads, surprised some finished that task . Wonder how many got cuts.
I’m guessing they will all be on level playing field after those tasks. Some were there pretty late.

Guessing that it was not real glass as there were some you can see breaking if they were held too hard and one team broke the bottle on their head when they finished. I assume it was 'stage' glass. |

I was so surprised that the bottle activity was faster than the stacking one.
I figured it would take forever, so when the football guys mentioned changing tasks, I said, "Don't do it!" I wish they hadn't listened to me. LOL

Jerry and Frank also made major mistakes in not getting the machette and leaving all their purchases behind and following the Asian sisters at the market. They really were very far behind anyway. There is a certain point everyone realizes it is a competition and every team for itself and the watermelon challenge was it. I think both challenges took a long time and you can't see all the teams so you really do not know if you are the front of the pack or behind. You see that at the mat when the teams are welcomed by Phil, none of the teams knew where they had ranked and all very surprised when Phil gave them their placements. |
