It figures. A disappointing end to a disappointing season. I really hated that big alliance and I hope we never see that again.
I will never understand helping other strong teams get to the end with you.

I like Will and James! I know they had some shady moments, but overall, I found them likeable. I think it says a lot that, of the final three, they were the team that the eliminated teams were rooting for. I wasn't sure that I'd heard right when Phil said that, so I rewound, and that's definitely what he said. The other teams were clearly genuinely happy for them, so I think there was some editing for drama that may have made them seem less likeable than they really are. The proposal was very sweet, and had me in tears (well, actually, I was already crying for them, but....  ) I was totally perplexed by Will not being able to eat three beignets. That didn't seem like much at all. Maybe he shouldn't have eaten so much of the king cake.  |

Will having trouble with the beignets was the grossest moment of the finale. I started to gag in sympathy.
The funniest moment was James grabbing the card and swinging off the bridge. His screams had me in stitches.
I didn’t realize how much Will had prepared for this competition. His hard work paid off.

I missed the show last night. The fact that Will and James won,
makes my disappointment easier. They were the last team I wanted to win.

The other teams seemed genuinely happy for their win, which was nice to see. They're not as bad of winners (to me) as Jessica and Cody were, so that is a positive. I loved Jessica and Cody winning, they did it alone..  |

Will and James must have had a huge led . They were gone before Chee and Hung got to the last task. I know the taxi driver yes they were only 5 minutes but that couldn’t have been true.
Will must have ate a lot of King cake while looking for that baby and that is why he couldn’t get the other down.
I love a proposal too. I was go ok with them winning.

I was thinking the same - must have been a massive lead. They couldn't even edit it to have it be a nail biter.

I wish the finale was a little more suspenseful. Wish they would have edited it to make it look like anyone could win. I like when it isn’t so obvious. Still, I’m happy for Will and James. I was cheering for the beards, but Will and James winning is good too. I think they deserved to win because of the work they put into preparing for the race. It was interesting to see in an early episode how they practiced balancing bottles on their head pre-game, in case they should need it. And they did. They studied the globe pre-game and quizzed each other on geography….which came in handy this last leg. They practiced walking in high heals….which they needed a few episodes back. Will even learned to drive a stick, which gave him problems when he needed it, but the point is that he practiced. I wasn’t expecting the proposal. Nice ending to a good season. I wish them all the best. |

I too would love to see the un-aired footage of them talking with cab drivers. I do like that they did a lot of homework.

Wow that was a boring finale. They needed a massive puzzle like they did in the previous episode.
How long were the Beard Bros lost looking for Louis Armstrong Park?
Doesn't anyone ever buy a map of the city anymore that would have helped.
