I did. I liked it although I like singing better than dancing and Nick better than Craig. Judges are very enthusiastic so overall it is a good way to pass an hour in the middle of a pandemic winter.

I agree that the singing version is better than dancing.
I felt these judges were very corny - especially when they listen to the one word the person says as a clue. I know they have to over exaggerate but it was too much
I also feel like it will be some TikTok stars and I will have no idea who they are when they take their mask off 🤣

This reminded me a bit of Dancing With the Stars, in that those who can't really dance just kind of move around a little, walk around, maybe spin, and the backup dancers do all the impressive moves. The Disco Ball couldn't dance at all, so it was not a mystery why he was eliminated! I was surprised to see it was Ice-T though. They rely heavily on clues for this, because otherwise how would anyone know how Ice-T dances? People who dance for a living, or on TikTok even, might be recognizable, but those who aren't dancers really can't be guessed by the judges without all the clues. In that respect, I like the Masked Singer better, because judges conceivably could try to figure out the voices of even the non-singers, in addition to the clue help. Paula Abdul is still wacky and kooky. I wasn't that impressed with the costumes or the host either, but I'll likely give it another view and see if it grows on me.

I had never seen Ken Jeong on anything before The Masked Singer. If I never see him on anything again, I'm happy. He's not a well-known singer or dancer (is he?). So why is he a judge on shows about singing AND dancing?

I enjoyed the second show. We met the other five dancers---just 10 competing. For some reason this reminded me more of DWTS as the skilled partners were more evident than in the first show. Bill Nye was voted off and he had been on DWTS and did much the same kind of dancing.
I was very surprised to see the judges and the host come out in the same clothes they wore for the first show. At first I thought the two hours were supposed to run together, but the judges were reintroduced and mention of 2021 was made....but they all had on the same clothes---something we never see on TV. Could not figure that out at all especially since a number of the outfits were rather unfortunate looking.
