I saw a news item somewhere this week that showed Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia, and a couple of other Project Runway folx at Fashion Week and the caption was something about them being at the Project Runway Fashion Week show, so they've apparently filmed the finale already (or are close to it). I was a bit confused by it, because wasn't Fashion Week online mostly, and didn't it already happen?

It was just something that showed up in my Google news feed that I didn't read, and I can't find it now. I suppose it could have been an article that was over a year old, but they are usually current. I'm really not sure what was going on. I thought it was confusing that Heidi was there, too. I probably shouldn't have posted about it without knowing more. Sorry. LOL. I can delete the post if you think I should. The article you posted makes it sound like they haven't started filming yet, so I'm probably way off base.

Season 19 premieres Thursday Oct. 14th at 9PM ET.
Everyone is returning except Karlie, who will "appear occasionally"...

Random thought: I really hope they get their "official" Facebook page in order; I ended up leaving it because people could not control themselves and kept bringing up politics on a fashion site and as a result there were constant fights.

Kao, was their Facebook page where something like this digital show would have aired? If not, does anyone know where we can find that?

Maybe Youtube? I think they have a channel on there.

After reading all the bios I think they went for "eccentric woke designer" as a general theme for casting this year. A lot of these people are very interesting and talented and it will be very interesting to see how they gel with each other.

My PVR missed the first half hour. So was so confused why they were teams.
Bones really pulled it out for his team even though he didn’t want to be a leader. Can’t believe how fast he pulled that look together. That guy that did nothing should have went home.
Those poor plus size women outfits were bad.I was ok with the one that went home. It mad her look huge and like a robe.
I did like the red outfit the guy with the red moustache did.
Didn’t like the green and blue outfit that looked like a clown at the front and bellowed out like one.
The digital part was interesting. Poor guy who took this on while doing a runway show too. I liked his outfit but it wasn’t even in wear to me. Nothing special about the jean one either.
Can’t wait to see what they make next week. Will have to make sure it records the whole thing. Oh where was the host?

Will we also be covering "Project Runway: Redemption" here? They are 20 minutes long and star 2 people who were well-liked but got cut who are back again to win 25k. I watched the episode with Tessa and Frankie and it was really good, and the guy who is the host is also a past contestant. Nina is the judge, it's low stakes and a lot of fun.

I forgot about Redemption -- I'll start a thread for it, like we do for Last Chance Kitchen in Top Chef. Thanks for the reminder!

In his Instagram stories yesterday, Johnny Weir posted that he and Tara will be wearing the winning Project Runway looks during the Ice Dancing finals, which are on NBC on Sunday after the Super Bowl.

Hmmm. They never showed the commentators during the Ice Dancing program, but Johnny posted a picture of himself and the other commentators (which didn't include Tara), and he was wearing black, so clearly NOT the Project Runway outfits.
I went back and watched a clip from that episode, and he said they were going to wear them at the Pairs Short Program, which I think is next Saturday, so I guess there's still hope for seeing them on TV. I hope so for Anna and Bones's sake.
