I was happy to see Emeril show up as a guest judge, I always watched his show back in the day. Do we really need Paula Deen, though?  Lots of desserts last night, and a few really nice dishes - except for that crunchy rice and over cooked fish. The cute Cuban guy and the girl who made the noodle soup stood out to me. Oh, and the lady who made the gorgeous little red velvet cakes. Yum. |

I enjoyed watching the show last night. Emeril always struck me as such a nice guy. I don't have a problem with any of the guest judges....but I do really, really dislike Joe. I watch his mother's show and she often has her grandchildren on ( and I assume a couple must be Joe's kids, but correct me if I am wrong ). They are all so sweet together. Where did Joe come from---ugh!!!?
