From executive producer Amy Poeler - a baking show similar to the Making It production values. Bakers in family pairs, four Grandmas (expert bakers) as judges. Just as fun with Maya Rudolph and Adam Sandburg hosting.
P.S. I recognized one of the grandmothers from a Food Network cooking challenge show with competing chef teams.

This has been really enjoyable so far. I've watched 4 out of the 6 episodes. The baking teams are well cast and likeable, and have lots of creative ideas. The Judge Grannies are hilarious. Maya and Seth are reliably funny throughout. I'll watch the rest this weekend.

I watched the first episode on network TV. Saw some cute "jabs" to GBBS. Certainly worth watching.

I enjoyed it too! Just saw the first episode, and recognized it's like the Making It show, which I enjoyed. Those grandmas were great! Digging in their purses for the brooch?! LOL

I have watched all but the last episode. I like the show but think they need to show us a little less of the hosts. It seems like they focus on them more than the actual baking...well they seem to focus on Maya more than the actual contestants.
I love the grandma angle. They are awesome.

I just started watching today. It's good fun. The one grandma with the white hair - maybe Anne? - reminds me of Margo Martindale. It's the voice. The grannies aren't just funny, they're pretty knowledgeable too.
I'm not a big sweets eater, so I can watch this and not get hungry. It's only a problem when they make something savory!
