Shocking nobody...Serene gets eliminated. Spit it out Clayton. She just doesn't do it for you. Serene consider yourself the winner. You miss the upcoming sh*tfest.

Yeah, I'll be skipping that WTA too. No thanks.

Come on now, you DO realize a very,very miniscule number of Italian- Americans are involved in organized crime? I'm tired of stereotypical comments like this.

It was a comment(s) like when Tom Hanks quotes the Godfather while making his iconic gestures in "You've Got Mail."  Should we cancel that movie because The Godfather plays off Italian stereotypes and is picked up by another movie?

Good grief — that scene between Clayton and the “host” ( I use that word advisedly). Was amazing. That was the least convincing, least spontaneous “Wow!” Anyone could possibly have uttered if he was completely not wowed.

and to put it mildly— no, you can’t be in love with 3 (or 4) women at one time. What a farcical interpolation — that explains and excuses every bachelor who has slept with— or intimated that he was choosing — three or more women — until of course he cuts them — —. Because he has to “follow his heart” — and somehow he just has “stronger connections” with the other women.  What a bunch of malarkey.  Does anyone even vaguely believe all this stuff?   It must be possible to delude yourself into forgetting that you’re on the “bachelor” and they have to find SOME way of stringing you along for the duration— whatever that duration turns out to be.    I mean how does this happen?  

after COVID and all the rest, I guess this isn’t such a reach.  

 it’s silly of me to say this after all this time.  But Clayton is so flagrant— and such a dope. He hasn’t got enough emotional energy or gravity to be actually very much in love with anyone, as far as I can tell.   My guess is he’s not in love with any of these women — not by a long shot—although I imagine he likes them or even is attracted to them.  and he’s found a way to eliminate several, or the runner -up— without having to be the bad guy. And if one of them sticks around — and I assume that they’ll make sure the one whom he really likes will — all the better.  The other women ( or woman) will have done his job of eliminating themselves for him. 

It would be fun to remember who invented some of the “explanations” they trot out— like the stronger connections, or the I love several (or two) ones.  I guess when one or another of these seems impossible to argue with, it sticks.
