I'll probably hate watch the first episode. Judging by the numerous commercials that play during Botched and SATC on E she strikes me as a thoroughly unpleasant person who has not grown that much from her teen years on Laguna Beach. She seems like a nightmare of a boss.

I'm taking a pass. We had enough of her out here in Chicago.

She still speaks like a ditz, Karen (I thought that valley girl crap was done). I haven't ever liked her and I don't think this show will sway me differently. As I said, I'll be hate watching. 😁

It seems that Lauren Conrad has used that "personal brand" angle from everything from fashion to home accessories, and has been very successful. I think that a lot of someone's success in this sort of thing depends on likability, and I'm sorry, but Kristin doesn't have that.

To me, she hasn't ever come across as likeable. She's always had to try hard to get attention and that's such a turn off to me. Sent from my SAMSUNG-S7 using Tapatalk

Personal brands are so hit or miss. Gwyneth Paltrow isn't what I would call likeable, but she has a certain appeal to women in a certain income bracket, so Goop is a success. Martha Stewart appeals to a lot of people, so her brand is still successful. Same with Lauren Conrad. On the other hand, you have people like Blake Lively whose lifestyle brand completely bombed. I'm thinking Kristin's show is going to be one long commercial for her lifestyle brand, and who is she, really? The wife of a semi successful football player, and a former reality tv star? I'm sorry, but Aisha Curry is already successful in that angle, and her husband is a hell of a lot more popular than Kristin's, plus Aisha is likeable and super sweet. Kristin is the same old same old....threatening to fire people, being a drama queen, etc. From what I've heard, the WAGS in Chicago were happy to see the back of her, she was that unpleasant. There is no rebranding of her image. Time will tell whether or not she is successful because the Kardashians are on the same network and for some reason, those vapid creatures have a lot of people who will buy anything they put out. Then again, Kylie's show wasn't as popular as they thought it would be, so who knows.

Also, the Kardashians clothing line folded. They wouldn't wear their own rags, so why would anyone else? I remember Blake's line. It barely made it to two years, I think. I remember the Sears out by me carrying their clothes. They always looked cheap. I don't know if they still have them as I haven't been in for awhile. Personal brands are so hit or miss. Word around the campfire is that her personality didn't "mesh" with the other wives (code for "she's a b****").

She seems like a nightmare of a boss. I haven't watched the first episode yet, but I laughed when I read your comments, Kao (and Amy Lee's comments) cause that's exactly how I felt. . . until I saw Kristen Cavallari interviewed on the Wendy Williams Show a few days ago. And I was surprised that during the interview, I didn't totally dislike her. Years ago I had watched Laguna Beach and The Hills, and never cared much for her, and kind of ignored her --- so I was sure I was going to dislike her intensely now -- but as it turns out, not soooo intensely. So, I'll watch the first episode, and so far, I don't think it'll be a "hate watch" but we'll see.

Early Kristin on the Hills was likeable, and Lauren was not. But they kind of switched roles. Kristin's contribution was just drinking and kissing multiple boys. Then Lauren had a follow up show that I watched. Poor girl on the shows did not have luck with romance.
I am not included to watch the Kavalari show even though I avidly watched the Hills and Lauren's show. I did watch Music City by the same makers; and plan on watch Music City's second season.

I watched out of curiosity more than anything. I don't think much of her as a business woman that she allows Shannon to do so little and still have a job. If you job is social media and the new line isn't on social media yet, then clearly you aren't doing your job.

The best part of the show was her hubby Jay Cutler. His indifference is hilarious.

I missed some of it because I was watching Pose but already I can't stand that red haired chick. I hate seeing people singled out for harassment, and who talks about a coworker loud enough to be overheard by said coworker? That's high school crap.
I have to admit I liked the scene with Kirsten and her husband at the end. I'll watch once more, but if it gets consumed by the backbiting work scenes I'll pass.

I watched the first episode last night just to check it out, and my biggest question is why does Jay Cutler happen to have that massive stockpile of traffic cones in his garage?

The best part of the show was her hubby Jay Cutler. His indifference is hilarious. I finally got to watch episode 1 and I was quite surprised by her husband, Jay Cutler. To me, his 'indifference' had a real bite to it --- maybe a weird sense of humor mixed in with it? But if so, that sense of humor was mixed with very dry, wry, droll, sour lemons! In other words, I didn't like him and hope he won't be a major presence on the show.

So far, the show has been kinda boring. Kristin is so stirring the pot between Shannon and Britney (sp?).

I stopped watching it after two episodes, lol. Did they get rid of the beotchy redhead? There's drama...and then there's just being nasty for the sake of being nasty, and this show is the latter.

I'm bingeing this and finding it moderately entertaining, though not as good as Southern Charm. I like Big Brother way better. :-) But Cutler cracked me up. They did end up buying that farmhouse; I did not know that they were in Nashville.
I liked Laguna Beach and The Hills. I may check out Audrina on Beverly Hills, but maybe she was already on?

Never watched her before. Never saw the Hills. Am liking the show, though. Most of the scenes they show in the promos are just for drama, of course. They are all getting more likable. And, she seems to actually know what she's doing.

Caught a marathon of it and half watched it. Not bad. OMG I can't take my eyes off Shannon's teeth! Why do people do that to their teeth!

I am an episode or two behind because I forget it's on. ha...sad but true. I like Jay way more than I thought I would. I like his extra dry sense of humor. I like Kristin's friend Kelly, we need way more of her and way less of Shannon and Taylor. Brittainy is ok, but please for the love of god, tweeze her eyebrows in the center. They are too close together and it's all I notice when she is on screen. I cannot believe Kristin has never mentioned that to her, really, I can't.
