The vegan comp is probably my least favorite...lot of people seemed to struggle with this one.

I personally like when they do a vegan challenge, it's cool for me to see what the contestants can do when they lacked proteins and dairy, see their creativity. It did bum me out a lot to see one of my favorites in the competition get eliminaed, especially because she never got much of a chance to make some amazing desserts.
