I've been spoiler-free on this show, on purpose, but I admit Claire and Derek were my faves from the start. However, the other two teams have really grown on me and if they win, I'll be fine with it!

Beautiful Iceland
I felt so sorry for David, I know what it's like panicking, and he was not good in water. I don't think I've seen the teams look so drained and so damn cold. I think Claire and Derek have gotten stronger with. each leg. Luis is a challenge beast, and Michelle is right there with him.Emily and Molly have more than proven they deserve to be in the F3. I'm happy for whoever wins.

What great final 4! Loved them all. What great sports David and Aubrey were at their loss! Love them but so happy with the final 3. While I was initially rooting for Claire and Derek to win it all, now I am rooting for all 3 equally. I can't wait for next week and also sad it's going to be over. I feel like AR has gotten better by having more fun contestants with less whiny bitter angry people! Good job AR! I love love and joy!

Agreed! I like this move to cast really good people and to veer away with 'villain' casting. Top Chef did it, and it's just a better experience.
I think I'm pulling for the sisters. But do love Derek and Claire as well.
I need to go hiking in Iceland...

Derek and Claire are my favorites. They are so fun together. Derek is so upbeat, that he brings out the best of everyone. But, I do see Luis and Michelle as difficult to beat. What a team they are! I think both of the couple teams have each one 3 legs of the race so far...so that is tough competition. I love the twins, but I do see Emily suffering more and more with her leg handicap and expect them to go out at three. (But, if for some reason they continue in the final 2, I will be rooting them on to the finish. ) Love them so much, I just do not want Emily to risk serious permanent knee damage, just for the sake of the race.

I can't decide who I want to win. One minute it's Derek and Claire, the next it's Molly and Emily. I really like Luis and Michelle so I'm certainly not rooting against them and would be content if they won.
I felt bad for David in the swimming challenges. I guess he met his match where other people have gone out on singing or dancing challenges.
Claire was cute with her excitement over it being swimming because of how she's done in other challenges. I thought it was funny when she said running wasn't her thing but swimming is!

Finally had a chance to watch this episode ... Iceland is amazing.
Where those Range Rovers? I can drive a stick shift but was that a double stick shift?
Go glad to see the twins in it ... amazed that the injured one can still walk.

Finally had a chance to watch this episode ... Iceland is amazing. Where those Range Rovers? I can drive a stick shift but was that a double stick shift? Go glad to see the twins in it ... amazed that the injured one can still walk. I couldn't figure out what they were saying about that stick shift either. At one point they said something about 4 peddles. MrCoz wondered if the was gas, brake, clutch, and emergency brake but didn't know for sure. A lot of times the emergency brake isn't a peddle anymore but used to be all the time. But a lot of them had trouble so I didn't know. But even if the shift pattern is different that can be confusing. We had a car with only 4 gears, not 5, and the shift pattern took some getting used to. Reverse was in a different spot than on the one with 5 gears.
