Rice, Rice Baby - In the Quickfire, the chefs are challenged to make an amuse-bouche with unexpected ingredients that must fit on a Ritz cracker; the competition heats up as the chefs head to Alexandra Palace, where they must create rice dishes for 100 guests.
New episodes air Thursday nights on Bravo, and are available to stream on Peacock the next day.
Last Chance Kitchen also begins tonight, on BravoTV.com after the new episode airs.
Enjoy the show!

They are going overboard with the twists, overcomplicating Quickfires. Three different twist ingredients plus the Ritz cracker?
I mean, 10 grand is a nice incentive but talk about splitting hairs...

I didn't know borrowing a fellow chef's leftover shopping money was a thing. (Well, it is now anyway...)

Too complicated, could not follow what the hell was happening. Plus, I can't believe that many people in that room had a childhood that included Ritz crackers. It looked like everyone raised their hand. My favorites so far are the chef from Mexico, the Brazilian and May. I would love to see Top Chef Thailand or any of these international shows, are they streaming anywhere? Since May was making her dish with taro, in solidarity I finished my taro ice cream that I had on hand (highly recommend it! www.noonasicecream.com/noonas-ice-cream-flavors/taro). And Dawn, DAWN! Seriously? Black rice with your time issues? She is such chaos.

I am loving this season! It's so great to see a variety of different styles/food being made, and I pretty much like everyone.
Rice can be really fiddly, so yeah, Dawn should have stayed from the Black rice.

I’m liking the season so far. Such a variety of chefs from so many different locations and backgrounds, plus I love that it’s located in London. The sneak peek of guest chefs that will be on various episodes looked amazing too.
I felt a bit bad for the woman cooking the eggs, whose two big pots of water got moved from the stove. They did ask repeatedly “whose pots are these” so I get that they felt like they did all they could to find out before they moved them, but with such a busy, full kitchen with lots of chaos going on, plus the variety of languages and accents being spoken and understood, they should have let the pots alone. (I know it’s a competition, and all is fair, etc.)
Anyways it did provide a little drama for the episode, in addition to Dawn’s rice woes.
