Since my post was the last in the old thread I will just copy it over to here:
Rumor is Ashley is just with Trav because he pays her...she was a 'polo girl' that was kind of like an escort for guys on the CA polo circuit. I think he is using her to get to Katherine. I really hope all this stuff going on real time helps Katherine get to see her kids more often. She has come so far, I hope she keeps it up.
Someone asked Patrica on twitter why Whitney (as EP) hasn't fired TRav yet, she said that it is up to Haymaker (the Production Company as a whole) and NBC. They aren't filming right now anyway, so we may not hear a decision for a while. I think the show can continue with out him!

I would be more interested if Kathryn started dating some quality men and they showed that journey. Thomas brings the drama but it's blatantly obvious he is a pig. I wouldn't miss him at all on the show.

I would be more interested if Kathryn started dating some quality men and they showed that journey. Thomas brings the drama but it's blatantly obvious he is a pig. I wouldn't miss him at all on the show. I would totally enjoy a new Kathryn storyline with her dating some other men ("quality men" or not)!!! And/or watching her try to build a career for herself. But I WILL miss Thomas, because I find him so fascinating. (Sort of like, when you can't help yourself watch the car accident on the road, you know?). But he definitely is a PIG!!! P-) |

Thomas doesn't hide the way he lusts after Katherine, does he..he cant stop looking at her. Last night, he just ignored his girlfriend.

I'm hoping see each of them go their own way, also hoping that getting "un-stuck" from old, bad behavior cycles and finding healthier relationships might let their better selves shine through (if they have better selves  ). |

It's really too bad about Craig and Naomi being so unhappy with each other, cause I think that most of their problems stem from the fact that during their whole relationship Craig was falsely representing himself as being a successful business person, while, in truth, he was probably one of the least successful, and not doing much about improving his situation. And Naomi apparently believed him at first, but as their relationship went along, she could see for herself what a slouch he really was -- which turned her into a disappointed, angry, nagging, and resentful partner. And the more she harped at him for all his flaws, the more defensive he got, which made her even madder. And so on, and so on. But, I kind of think that IF the two of them had met AFTER Craig passed the bar and became a real lawyer, and hopefully a real success in whatever field he chose -- that Naomi would have been so much happier and more content with their life together, and things might have worked out really well for them both. I remember how happy they were in the very beginning, and think they could've had a really good life together if Craig's circumstances were different. |

I think Craig and Naomi are fundamentally ill-suited - she wants/needs a go-getter, a man with ambition and plans ...
She's a "Type A" girl who wants a "Type A" guy.
And that is simply NOT who Craig is. At. All.
Neither personality type makes them bad people - but they are absolutely AWFUL together, IMO.
Neither should expect the other (or themselves, for that matter) to change such basic personality traits - instead, they should both look to find partners who are more in sync with who they truly are.
They apparently had lots of fun together in the phase of extended puppy love - but neither of them is a pup anymore, and when it comes to getting serious about making long-term partner commitments, and achieving life goals, it seems to me that these two just don't mesh well.
In the case of Craig and Naomi (from what I've seen), if they try to move toward an ambitious goal together,
he will always lag, and she will always nag - and both will just act worse and worse, knowing how much it bugs the other.
Life partners need to share a common goal and a common sense of how to get to where they want to go, or else they will always be pulling against each other instead of pulling together.
It is already frustrating both of them and making them both bitter.
Better to split now, and try to hold onto some good feelings about each other.

I think they got Ashley rigt out of central casting. She is in SC this seaon to be the girl everyone hates. Thomas is supposed to act like a buffoon, which isnt a stretch. Ashley plays the role of gold digger, out of place california girl. Shes too over the top to be beleivable.

Wow Trashley crossed a line on tonight's episode. Glad that the other cast members didn't allow her to get by with it. I really really hope she is a paid plant Whitney found in California to stir up trouble. If she really behaves the way she did tonight on the regular, I am appalled.

I see Ashley and Thomas are still together. Maybe her infertility is an attraction to him.
I am glad to see everyone being kinder to Kathryn. She is one of my favorites. I am glad to
see her making healthy choices. And it looks like being away from Thomas is one of them.
I hope she gets to spend more time with her children.....and I hope that when she has
as romantic relationship, she finds a good guy.
