Apparently Izzy was straight up with him about how everyone has been in on it, how it was her job to keep him happy and make him feel safe this week...etc. There is no coming back from this. They can't keep him.

Hisam needs to go home and watch the show from the beginning. If he doesn’t figure out what he did wrong, he is either too big on forgiving himself, or more clueless than I thought. He tried to play dictator in a democracy.
