Felicia is asking Bowie she gets 5 votes if she will vote for her. Bowie does her I am voting with the house. Felicia says if no one is saying one way or the other then they don't know how the house is going. Felicia says she has 3 (Cirie, Meme, Jared) and 3 maybes.
