we dont' know if the hair plan was still in effect, but I'm guessing it wasn't since they had plenty of time to talk about their votes. The plan was for just in case something happened last minute. Remember - Tyler's original plan was going to be to wait until late before telling Kaitlyn she had to vote to keep Sam
