Jenna is giving me a headache. Is Parker allowed to breathe without Jenna and Paget complaining?

If he’s the third deckhand, then in some cases I do think Parker is out of line. He can have ideas on how things should be done but it’s not his call. I get why he thought they both should t eat at the same time ... but it’s not his call. If he’s concerned about safety, talk privately to your first mate. Don’t just try to take over.

Ack! Two couples on the boat is WAY too much! One who is all flirty and kissy and the other who seems to be on the verge of breaking up. And then all those obnoxious drunk men....ahhh!

I"m glad that all the charter guests are not like this group of men, but I do like that from time to time they have a group like this. It really makes me appreciate the work that these crews have to do - and the crap they grin and bear for the sake of the whole teams' tip. It makes me so mad to see a group like this who clearly does not view the crew as fellow humans. I need to start thinking about them sometimes at my job when I think I have it bad and I realize I don't have to put up with what they do!

Yes! I was horrified for Madison when she got picked up by the one guy. That is beyond not ok. And she sucks it up and doesn't tell her superiors because she doesn't want to affect the tip. That just doesn't seem ok. It's a whole other world once you get on a yacht! Girl needs to get an extra tip for all the grilled cheese sandwiches and quesadillas she had to make in the middle of the night!!

Today's Bravo flashback marathon all day is the third season of Below Deck. It's the season where Leon started out as chef and Rocky is ... Rocky. I'd forgotten just how great this season was, but watching the first episode it's all coming back!

lol @ Byran in the most recent episode.
I'm not exactly sure what Adam sees in Jenna, but I guess she's nicer to him than some of the others. Adam's jealousy is scary though. If he gets that upset over nothing, I'd hate to see how he reacts over a real issue.

I was actually sympathetic to a degree in Adams reaction to that discussion. It wouldn’t have been a big deal for Jenna to simply mention they’d dated the same guy. But some of the things she was saying were rather rude to him. She wasn’t thinking. He probably could have done a better job of acknowledging it was rude without getting so aggressive. But I felt bad for him.

It kind of goes without saying that you shouldn't talk about hooking up with an ex in front of your new boyfriend/girlfriend. I don't think it's really a matter of jealousy. To me...it's just not a good look. What was she trying to accomplish by it?

She’s playing stupid games with him. Rather than understanding that he’s not comfortable with everyone monitoring their relationship and knowing every intimate detail, she takes it as personal rejection. Then she plays games with him to pull him back in ... and stupidly he plays along.

And there's Paget, Ciara, Georgia and their hot mess. Paget obviously has a thing for Georgia. We know Georgia has a thing for Paget. Ciara is quite obviously jealous but won't admit it. And won't confront her boyfriend about it....but instead hints to having a threesome. Say whhaattt?

That was all a hot mess! I think it's safe to say that right now, Paget and Ciara are together because neither one wants to work with an ex.

So Parker decided he’d rather hang out with his girlfriend than work right? So he just quit to have fun in Greece ... people who resign give proper notice and don’t leave a team high and dry.

It’s time for Jenna and Adam to realize they do not speak the same love language and either live with that or move on!
And I am so glad that the chief engineer has the role on the show that he does. They’ve tried it with other crews, but he plays his part so much better! He’s not a threatening authority over the others but is still in enough of a position of authority to be a voice of reason. His saying that Madison craves the attention but hates the spotlight was the most soot on thing said all season!

I’m officially over Georgia singing for every group of guests. It feels like parents at a dinner party making all their guests listen to their children put on a show. I would mind if she’d sung happy birthday for tonight’s guests. I may not even mind if she sang cover songs everyone could sing along and dance with. But to perform mellow original songs every single time ... the poor guests look like they’re being held captive!

Especially with Paget oggling and singing along I'm officially over Adam and Jenna. Although I'm not sure I ever started with them.

Their missteps are feeling scripted at this point. One episode he makes a great romantic gesture, she doesn't meet it with excitement and gratitude and it upsets him. The next, she makes a great romantic gesture, he meets it with silence and she's upset. That's just a really bad rom com that Kate Hudson turned down the script for!

They might be okay by themselves or when they are sober, but they are the exact type that I really can't deal with. Ug. I don't care what they look like or how much money they have...just ug.

acookertv For your viewing pleasure....more serenading! Ugh!!!!! These guests were so sweet they did a nice job of pretending they enjoyed it! At least she let Paget sing this time too. I was a little puzzled with Glen as to why he didn't address the affection between Adam and Jenna while the guests were on the beach. They at least edited it to look like he was sitting there watching it - so why not at that point say "Hey guys, I"m seeing your relationship distract from your jobs. Get a little more professional. Take a lesson from Paget and Ciara and stay professional enough that you stare lustily at your co-workers instead".

Jenna seems needy and not that bright. Adam should not leave the kitchen. They deserve each other.

I think that Jenna officially has the distinction of being the first chief stew I can't side with when the other stews start complaining about working. The way she got so defensive with Glen - and was lying - wasn't okay. She can pretend all she wants that her relationship with Adam is not impacting her work. But taking a break while another stew was on break because it was downtime for Adam was impacting her work. No matter what is happening in her mind, when she and Adam are being all lovey dovey it discourages other people to talk to her about work. She's got the example this season in Paget and Ciara, and she has no idea just how different they are - or that Paget and Ciara's lack of affection is a professional choice and not a sign of their relationship. Jenna was totally out of line in confronting Madison after she'd been reprimanded. She was acting like a defensive bully and she sucked. It was not lost that Glen has resisted confrontation all season, and finally jumped in over that.

Honestly? I'm having a hard time even looking at Jenna now. That weird smug face she gives? She was acting as if they were Romeo and Juliet being torn apart

I think she started the season out strong. Then she misread Glen's laid back style and support of everyone as being lenient. So she took her foot off the gas thinking she could get away with it, only to discover that Glen really is in control and is not afraid to step in when needed. Now she's trying to create a storyline to try to explain her crappy work! The same girl who started out insisting that sheets have to be ironed on a bed each night is now insisting that it's professional to give orders to your staff while canoodling with the chef? No.

I couldn't believe that instead of acknowledging her behavior (which OF COURSE is unprofessional) she went to the girls and pointed out something in each of them that they did wrong. Wtf?

She's not good at her job! Such a huge part of this show in all the versions has always been people who get the job because they want to ride on a boat and they whine about the big meanie boss who makes them actually work. She's the first meanie boss whose actually a big meanie!
Do you remember on Below Deck Med when Sandy kept freaking out when Hannah and Conrad were dating claiming it was interfering with their jobs? And Hannah kept asking what she wasn't getting done and Sandy couldn't answer? Could you imagine what a field day Sandy would have over THIS? What am I talking about. THis is Sandy I"m talking about. Since she's screwing up, Sandy would probably tell her what a great person she is.

I haven't mind Jenna as chief stew, but that part was lame. Reviewing the other stews after she was reprimanded. I would have a hard time taking her criticisms seriously if I had been a stew getting the feedback after my boss was given correction. It seems too connected and makes me wonder if the criticism is actually warranted or are they just compensating their hurt ego.

I remember that season. I felt bad for the way Hannah treated Conrad, like he wasn't good enough for her.
