It makes my heart so happy to see other racers signing and trying to communicate with Rob (or is he Corey?). That’s really cool. Even when just talking to the camera, orange team wife did a sign for “jitters” when saying the word. <3

I get quite emotional when Rob does extra for his task, like diving for the mussels they missed. I do hope they are in the F3. |

I haven't been a fan of Anna Leigh's, but when she helped Rob & Corey by telling them how to do that barnacle scraping challenge she won some points. And to give AL and her dad both credit they work hard and very quickly together. They move themselves up in rankings with their efficiency.
I like the brothers but they're not my favorite. Maybe because I like to root for underdogs and that's not them? Lol They also work very well together and seem nice.
I'm glad Rob and Corey didn't need to use their express pass and have it for next week. Hopefully they make it into the final.

Wouldn't it be nice if AL saw how Corey gets along with Rob (and vice versa) and thought about how she might work with her father not just efficiently but happily? Because part of what I love about Corey and Rob is how they never get upset with each other and are always encouraging of one another and how they've never looked upset or disappointed when they've come in 2nd yet again (could they please just win a leg already?). Also love how Rob doesn't have the most athletic body of the racers out there but that he's surprisingly good at a lot of the tasks anyway.

AL and Dad are off and now beards give a great roar as they pass and run off to next task. I do enjoy the beards.  I do, too -- they're fun! I also really like Rob and Corey, and hope they can hang in there. The brothers are also likable, so I have no problem with them getting 1st so many times, but I do hope Rob and Corey can get a 1st place soon too. Dang that Anna Leigh, bypassing Chelsea and then the married couple too. ugh. It seems like they all got a lot more sleep, or some counseling on being positive and nicer to each other (at least at first), but some of them are letting the stress get to them. If Anna Leigh can't get eliminated, then Robbin and Chelsea can go. That cave was super creepy! I wouldn't have felt very comfortable in there. I thought the same thing. My immediate thought was, 'someone talked to them'.  |

AL is watching this now, I wonder if she cringed at herself? God, I would hope so! As I said either in this thread or another one, the way she talks to him didn't happen overnight. It came from getting away with it instead of getting an good old fashioned ass whooping or any type of consequence for all it. Not saying I never sassed my parents, but I sure did not get away with it for it to become "normal" to speak to them that way! He definitely made his own little monster there! I wonder how she treats her husband? (I don't even wonder how she treats her mom, because it's likely the same way she treats her dad) |
