justCoz , in their interview, Rob and Corey said they were down for coming back (and I’m guessing the beards would be, too), so fingers crossed! I love them even more, having watched the interviews. Nice to see they were close to the brothers, thankyou for posting the links.

I really enjoyed watching Rob and Corey talk with Greg and John post TAR on YouTube. thank you for posting that link MissGriss! I didn’t realize that John had taken a free course in ASL through Google where he works, and was able to do some signing with them. I laughed when Rob said that when they realized that John understood some sign, they knew then they had to guard their signs or John would know. But, John admitted that when they signed fast he could not keep up. I like that they are continuing to enjoy a close friendship. How funny when Corey admitted that at one point he got behind his dad, and was pushing him up the stairs on the Express Pass challenge. Really Great season!

Finally watching the final.
Rob was so brave doing the trapezee. Luv'ed that Dad did not get discouraged.
It was so funny watching Yellow Shirt Boys looking for the hidden amp/tuner multiple times.
So glad Corey and Rob kept their cool and did not tell Yellow Shirt how they did it.

Ahhhhhh! Yellow Shirts win.
I really wanted Rob and Corey to win with The Beards second and Yellow Shirt third.
What happened to Rob and Corey? Did they get lost? I wish the show was more transparent as to what happened as Rob and Corey seemed ahead of the other teams after doing the Grab, and Grunge challenges and didn't seem that far behind during the glass making.
It's not that I disliked Yellow Shirt but I do feel that two young fit guys tend to have a physical advantage over other teams.
This is the first time in a long time I liked most of the teams. The big factor distinguishing the top three teams is they worked well together, did not argue with each other, didn't snipe at each other, and when frustrated were able to stop, process and figure out what they were doing wrong.
In fact I liked most of the teams. The only team I would not have liked to see win is Loud Mouthed Texas Girl. I mean I was fine with her dad winning but not her.

What did scare me at the beginning of the final was Corey saying that they had visited Seattle before several times and know their way around. Every team that has said that in a final has lost.

Other teams do get money depending on how they finish.
11th place takes home $1,500 10th place takes home $2,500 9th place takes home $3,000 8th place takes home $3,500 7th place takes home $4,000 6th place takes home $5,000 5th place takes home $6,000 4th place takes home $7,000 3rd place takes home $10,000 - Rob & Corey 2nd place takes home $25,000 - The Beards 1st place takes home $1,000,000

Yeah, the brothers will complete this swing task easily. Beards will have as much difficulty as Rob is. It's like the last half of this race has been designed for the brothers to win---and that's exactly what's been happening. I'm not suggesting that's the case--that it was designed for them to win--just that it seems that way, which makes it less enjoyable for those of us who like to root for underdogs, which, let's face it, the brothers just aren't. If they just win again, it will be too predictable.I was so happy they were having problems with the glass and then couldn't find the amplifier or power cords. It so looked as if The Beards were going to win.

I did like that after the scramble (to be honest I really didn't know what they were talking about until Phil explained it) that all three teams had to head to another town to to do the memory challenge.
That memory challenge is so crucial and every season the producers make it harder and harder but to memorize the actual titles of the roadblock or detour that was just so devious.
It was interesting to note that they distinguished roadblocks and whatnot by the color of the kayaks (red or yellow) and had to also do the oars/paddles with the country name and there were at times more than one detour per country.
Overall I really enjoyed the season but I wish they would not cast these young fit guy teams just for one season, let dad bodes and mom bodes rule.

I finally watched the finale, and I thought the trapeze was so tough, really happily surprised that the older men could do that. Not in a million years could I have done that!
I enjoyed the man checker at the Grunge challenge, 'You should give away your Weezer roadie jacket'. He was really rude! Lol. Was it me, or were the bands......not great?

Once they showed that you could do a V and go around your arms and hook onto the trapezee bar enabled the less flexible to complete the task. Going thru your arms requires much more flexibility.
I did not did the Weezer roadie jacket comment ... what does it mean?
The bands did not sound good at all.

Still, that looked very difficult for me. Maybe I just hate being upside down so that would be a big part of it. And the height thing. All of it, really.
Beard man said that his wife gave him a roadie jacket from Weezer, and after the second check that they failed the checker guy sarcastically said to give it back.
