I was very surprised after the immunity challenge that the purple tribe did not automatically think Jalinsky, he did nothing to help with the puzzle, in fact it looked as if he was getting in the way. This kid was a legend in his own mind. So glad Q called out J at Tribal to Jeff about J's Sweat Challenge and Journey stories were not quite TRUE. J stated he would 100% not quit at a Challenge. J stated he can't be deceptive, that he can't lie. J quit the Sweat Challenge and lied about it at tribal. J quit the Journey Challenge and lied about it at tribal. J quit doing the puzzle at the Immunity Challenge, he sure didn't look as if he was helping. The tribe made the right decision. Great idea about the shirt! I never would have thought of that idea. Was it jalinsky who also thought several meant seven so they'd never be able to complete the challenge? I guess the other guy either didn't know what several meant or was ready to quit as well, otherwise why not tell him what several means?

Yep the throwing and breaking of the hourglass would've done me in too. You're OUT. Loser.
I like a lot of the contestants so far! Q was good, as was the woman who found the key tied to a rock. I liked Soda, and most of her team. I had to agree with the teammate who was getting tired of the singing, though, because that would be me. lol. Charlie was cute, and those two nerdy girls were funny too. The pretty little skinny one who was compared to Parvati sure has a lot to prove, doesn't she? Not too sure about her yet. Bhanu is quite a character, and I'm interested to see how he does. I felt bad for Jess, with the not sleeping and fuzzy brain issues, but she's got to step up here because she was nearly voted out -- she was lucky Jalinsky was such a disaster, volunteering for EVERYTHING and being terrible.
I'm SO glad the show is back!! Love it. I can't wait for it to air each week, and will be excited once The Amazing Race starts too. Yay!

I watch so little TV I didn't realize it was on until someone who is also a big Survivor fan said to me Friday "What did you think of the first episode?" - so I watched it, finishing it up this am! She said her and her dh were disappointed but I loved the first episode! Don't dislike anyone yet and so happy to see Jelinwhateverski go home. I really thought Jess was going to go home so happy about that. . . .If you are watching while doing something else you may be able to get away with not figuring it out. Well, I always watching while doing chores. This episode I watched while doing meal prep which is probably my main watch time. Though the only thing that really surprised me was I thought Jess was gone over Jelitsmuchski. I have no one to watch with, my dh long ago got annoyed and refused to watch anymore (he could not stand all stars and repeat players and that was the straw that broke the camels back) and my kids are too busy. And Im too busy to sit and watch, gotta get stuff done. But its ok because I have YOU GUYS! And my one single IRL person, who said will be back Friday so I had better watch both episodes before then! lol!
