Great episode! Danny is really strategic and smart and helping him and his mom keep in the middle of the pack. He is very impressive. While I love Ricky and Cesar, its more fun to watch if first place rotates around a bit and I like Juan and Shane too! Not overly sad Derek and Shelisa went home, they irritated me a bit this episode and they werent long for it. And I like (almost  ) all the teams left. If the firefighters could not get so lost they could be contenders for the top of the pack with the way they knock out most challenges. |

Getting upset with Angie, Danny's mom, at the race course. Can anyone explain this spacial awareness thing she is talking about? It's like she is giving up without trying. All I see is that it is a puzzle. It is a race course so there is a start at the same point and finish at the same point so there is going to be a series of curves and loops. It looks to be 9 pieces. Put all the pieces on the board and make some loops, no roads going off the board. Will you get it the first time? Unlikely but after two of three turns you should have the first part figured out and than it's guess work.
The middle teams are lucky they are working together but I think this will be the last time they can really do this as all the teams have come in pretty close together. They really need Danny's navigation skills and thankfully Amber decided to help both Angie and Leticia on the puzzle.

Soccer Balls, I do think the teams were told to go a bit easy on Angie versus the football player. I think poor mom would never have left that soccer field otherwise.
I was yelling at Danny when he started to help the Girlfriends at the butcher challenge. Like Really? There are five teams way too close.
To be honest if Angie was a bit more physically fit, especially aerobically they would be more likely to be in the top three with the boys and the fighter pilots. Fortunately Danny is a great navigator and he needs to stop helping so much becasue it is just getting too tight with all of these teams.

And the clique takes over the beef boards, and will help each other, keeping the two teams who were there first, out. They went back to check and get more info, but then the 3 teams came in and are working together to keep the boards. I don't care for this move, even though it's probably smart and strategic, I'm not a fan. Like the move. It was necessary when it was that close. Then Danny started helping the girlfriends, someone slap that boy in the head.
This was the first episode where Girlfriends and Firefighters were not endlessly lost and actually got to the soccer field ahead of the Trio Alliance. That was a shocker.
